Abilities
Teo’s ability’s are focused around emotions manipulated by his music. They bring forth sensations in his allies and foes that may or may not actually exist. He uses ki/chi as a source for these abilities.
Fabled abilities (He is unable to perform these abilities yet but may learn how in time):
- Anima: Teo focuses on his target, playing his flute to create soothing melodies that stitch small wounds closed and cure minor ailing.
- Fermata: Teo plays and holds a note on his flute and it glows faintly. So long as Teo doesn’t move or release the note, then the enemy he is focused on cannot move or use abilites. As soon as Teo moves, runs out of energy, or releases the note, the effect wears off.
- Cadenza: Using up a great amount of energy, Teo’s music causes those who hear it to become mute and unable to use abilities, save the one individual he focuses on to be the “solo act”. This effect lasts as long as Teo can sustain it (roughly fifteen seconds at max).

Description
Teo is a cream-furred yordle with a patch of clay-brown fur around his right eye as well as brown skin, only visible on the pads of his fingers and toes. There is also a small patch of brown fur on his left shoulder.
Biography
Before the Storm:
Teo was a young yordle, born in Ionia to a family of monks up in the mountains. Naturally, he was born with expectations to master ki, immediately put under heavy training, though before he could do much to harness his energies the Noxians invaded. The young yordle’s family fled to the shores and left him on a boat that was heading for Bandle City docks. As a parting gift, they left him with a pendant, containing a photo of the three, as well as the special flute that he'd begun training with to learn to manipulate the flow of energy, his training still very much incomplete. At the time he was only four, and had no understanding of the fact that his parents were going to fight back the Noxians and give their lives to aid in the preservation of Ionia.
The Orphan:
Arriving in Bandle City, Teo was found while the crew was unloading their ship. They took him and placed him in the hands of a loving old couple in charge of the local orphanage. It was here where the young musician found his passion for music, becoming fluent with various musical instruments over the years thanks to the kind owner of a music shop down the street. Unfortunately, several of the other orphans ignored or outcasted him because of his origin, and because he would spend more time at the music shop instead of with the other orphans. When he turned thirteen, the old couple finally learned of the mysterious child’s origin, as well as his name. Four years later they were forced to close down their building, unable to pay their dues, and that is when they told Teo about his past. The memories slowly came back to him and filled him with sorrow, and that day he left Bandle in hopes to resume his training as best he could as a way of honoring his parents, not knowing that every time he went to play his flute the way his parents had taught him he was practicing the manipulation of energy.

Long-Term Goals
Teo's biggest goal in life is to resume his training in learning the ways of ki manipulation. He also wishes to return to Ionia and find a way to reconnect with his past, possibly learning what became of his parents or the rest of the monks they had been training with. In the end he hopes to become fluent in his musical skills as well as his abilities with ki.
