A mysterious figure walks on the streets of Piltover the strange figure only a few centimeters taller than the denizens of the city but something on the way it walked seemed not human…or at least not natural as the coated figure walked on the streets sometimes disappearing from sight and then repairing between the influx of people that entered and exited the city.
As the figure passed the frontier relatively easily it transported itself (maybe drawing some attention maybe not) as close as possible to the center of Piltover after getting as close as possible to the center of the state then it found an alley as far as possible of any eyes the “creature” could perceive after entering the alley the “creature” divided into thousands of little robots ready to collect all the info on what is happening on Piltover.
