Abilities: Quentin Allen has no special abilities on his own. However, his physicality and attitude, along with his experience as a hunter and explorer in his younger years means he is more than capable of defending himself, especially with the few things he keeps in his allocated apartment as a Statesman (and the Prime Statesman, to boot).
Hunting Rifle: holds 10 rounds, bolt-action, accurate, loaded by a stripper clip from the top, can go up to 150 yards. An inferior variant of the weapon that would eventually become the main weapon employed by Caitlyn, the hunting rifle was used by Quentin back in his 20s on one of his hunting expeditions into the fringe of the Kumungu. It is now several decades old, but he aims fast and shoots straight with it, and he can keep any prospective attacker wary with it.
Hunting Machete: a solid 24-inch blade machete, was also used by Quentin in his trip into the Kumungu. Now somewhat rusted from over a decade of non-use and wear and tear, the blade still holds its sharpness, and Quentin is more than capable of fending off an attacker with it.
Both of these weapons hang off his bedroom wall in his apartment, as he seldon has an active need for them anymore. However, should an intruder enter his apartment, he is capable of defending himself, and quite well, to boot.
Relationships: Is not married, for his life has been one of politics after he nearly died in the Kumungu expedition, and his parents have only just recently deceased; this has nearly derailed Quentin, but as a Prime Statesman he has resolved himself to continue on his work, for Piltover is his lfie and soul, and he would die before seeing it come to any harm.
Knows, at least informally, all of the champions that reside in Piltover, and has a neutral, yet friendly, relationship with all of them.
Otherwise, as the head of a party he has grown up with, Quentin is beloved by everyone, and in the Progressive Party he is currently undisputed as its leader.
However, he is open to more interesting ideas so long as they don't directly clash with the party, and so for anyone who gains his trust, this can create some unexpected opportunities...

6'0, 200 pounds, fair skin, dark brown hair and eyes, well built for his age, and fancies a monocle for his less strong eye. Usually rarely appears wearing anything other than his suit attire, well known around the city-state.
Biography: Born to a relatively wealthy family, Quentin was an only child. Recieving a good education, Quentin initially was a brash young man, and wanted to go exploring, as his otherwise normal life was found to be incredibly boring.
He got his wish at the age of 20, when he tagged along an expedition to the Jungles of Kumungu; it was a decision that became controversial to him personally, for while he gained much knowledge and experience in the like, he also nearly lost his life, and did lose a good friend of his to the harsh conditions of the region.
Upon returning, seeing the dangers he witnessed in the Kumungu, Quentin couldn't bear to see what happened to his friend happen to Piltover; and so, entering Law School and graduating valedictorian of his class, Quentin entered politics at the ripe age of 25, and has since steadily risen the ranks of which he is now the head of the biggest party in Piltover, the Progressive Party, and is also Prime Statesman to boot.
As this is his final term, both as a statesman and in his position as the Prime Statesman, Quentin looks to make a strong finish to his great political career, as he has overseen Piltover through it's more prosperous years in quite some time.
