The product of her self-experiments, Phi can control most technological creations with nothing more than her mind. While her wolves respond flawlessly to her commands, the inventions of others usually take a while for her to figure out how they function for her to control them.
– Alpha Iron Wolf
Phi's primary wolf, Alpha, rarely leaves her side and serves as a leader to the other wolves when not directly under her command. It poses a black and gray color scheme opposed to the blue and gray of the regular wolves. In addition to being overall superior to the others, it has two guns mounted on it's back, which can fold downward to be concealed.
– Iron Wolves
The other Iron Wolves are never too far behind Phi. Depending on the danger of whatever location she may be going, anywhere from 2 to 6 of the lesser wolves will tail behind her. They possess no special traits, but are highly deadly if allowed to fight as a pack. Phi can repair a wolf in 30 seconds, but only keeps enough parts on her to do this twice and doing so puts her out of combat.
– Marking Shot
By adding a radio-isotope to her next shot, Phi gives her wolves the ability to temporarily track down a target. Magical stealth effects will conceal those affected, but technological ones are still revealed.
– Active: Phi's next autoattack marks the target, revealing them for 2 seconds and causing Iron Wolves to deal 20% increased damage to marked targets. Repeated shots can stack the radio-isotope duration up to five minutes.
– Ammo Capacity: 150
– Overclock
Phi can increase the efficiency of a wolf to great levels, but doing so rapidly leads to the death of the wolf.
– Active: Phi overclocks an Iron Wolf, increasing its attack and movement speed by 50%, and causing it to deal 40 magic damage per second to enemies in a radius of 200 around it, but drains 10% of its max health per second. Overclocked Wolves remain so until death.
– Cooldown: 2 seconds
– Wolfpack Tackle
A simple maneuver, the Alpha Wolf charges at a target, leading the rest of the pack into the fray.
– Active: Phi commands all of her wolves to leap towards a point, the Alpha Wolf doing 160% of it's attack damage to targets it passes through, while each subsequent wolf does 80%.
– Cooldown: 10 seconds

In the ethical wasteland of Zaun, the search for knowledge and understanding is a most primal force, driving every denizen to some degree or another. Doctor Angela Phious, a proud and influential inventor and a notably driven student of techmaturgy, is an exemplar of her people, her disregard for the potential consequences of her research overshadowed by the incredible advances her research allowed for. Her work was the basis of the Blitzcrank project, and her weaponry is notable for its potency on the Fields of Justice.
However, when Viktor returned, heralding a sort of “machine evolution,” Angela took interest. Studying her old projects, she began creating hextech wolves to study how the development of a communication network could work, setting up methods for her to guide the wolves with her mind. So far the system seems to work, though its unknown what the potential side-effects to being linked to an artificial intelligence, even those as simple as the wolves, could be over time.
