Passive – Rigged: The hextech revolvers create large amounts of energy in order to infuse the ammunition with the energy used to fire the them from the chamber of the weapon. Much of this would simply be lost once the weapon is fired and the ammunition leaves the gun. Instead simply going to waste, within the grip of his Revolver there is a compartment that stores the left excess energy instead of allowing it to simply dissipate. Each shot he fires he gains a charge to his passive up to 6 charges per revolver, one per shot. These charges can be released without the use of ammunition in order to enhance his abilities.
Q – HexShot(Target):
Releases a compressed charge from his passive at the target using two charges per shot, burns through light armors such as cloth, leather and some lightweight metal. Can be used more times in quick succession depending on how many charges he has stored
W – Deadeye (Target-Channel):
Activates his eye augmentations allowing him to focus on his target with more precision, this in turn lets him fire faster without too much fear of missing, increasing attack speed and accuracy for a brief amount of time (3-8 seconds). Each shot fired adds to his passive. The longer his eye augmentations are active, the longer he must wait to use it once more. (CD; every second active adds 7 seconds cooldown, 21-56 seconds)
E – Four Armed Assault(Channeled-Skill shot):
Uses all four arms to begins firing each revolver rapidly in line in front of him. The more charges he has, the longer he will fire for. This ability is incredibly inaccurate as he is just blind-firing down a single line.
R – Overload (Active):
Overloads his revolvers and increases the charges his passive holds, causing every shot to burn through light armors for a brief amount of time. (10 seconds duration)

Revolvers are Hextech Revolvers, modified to use small pellets instead of bullets. When the hammer on the revolvers hit the chamber with the pellets it activates them just as they would bullets. The pellet is then fired
from the barrel and acts as a conduit for the revolvers energy release. The pellet disintergrates as it flies though the air leaving the energy to travel until it hits something.
Yellow eyes due to the augmentation Viktor had granted him that assists in aiming his robotic arms.

Biography:
Born in Bilgewater, Ozzy had to learn to con, kill and evade for a living to survive.
He was no expert conman, his skills with a gun however was what earned him his living, he made a point never to kill those who chose to duel him, dead men tell no tales after all.
During a visit to Zaun, someone he had previously beaten had followed him, challenged him to a duel once more. Ozzy, confident in his ability to beat the man again accepted, eager to bring the man down a notch once more. By all rights Ozzy should have one that duel, he drew his gun faster, his aim was true… Yet the dam did not fall.
The man fired on bullet into Ozzy, disbelief flooded Ozzy’s mind. His skills were one of the best when it came to a duel like this. How could he loose to someone so… beneath him?
As he began to bleed out, he saw something glowing in the mans shoulder, it had struck metal strong enough to resist a bullet. The man fires another bullet into Ozzy before grinning,
“Dead men tell no tales.”
