So everybody has been talking about it!
Now I'm gonna make it happen (and you will never stop me, Viktor)! Now assuming that the theory of alternate universes are true, Pokemon live in Valoran alongside with Humans and Yordles.
This is a pure concept thread and I need to decide what kind of world would it be.
In this universe, every original character and champion owns at the most, 6 Pokemon! Champions are preferred to have some sort of a type theme. For example, Quinn has Flying-type Pokemon. Singed has Poison-type Pokemon. And Kennen has Electric-type Pokemon. No ONE owns a legendary Pokemon! One gym leader per each state (and possible that leaders of a city state must be also gym leaders). The Institute of War serves as the Pokemon League! Well I still have to be specific on some rules but...that's the basics!
Anyways, to make the thing into a reality I need 8 gym leaders, 4 elite fours, and one PKMN champion from every city state.

Should I add a Shadow Isles Gym Leader and Void Gym Leader?

Jayce and Vi will fight for the right of position as Piltover's Gym Leader.
