Heimerdinger could only raise an eyebrow as he heard the description of what the prism held.
"So... the Prism is an energy amplifier? Fascinating..." Was all he could say for the time being.
"...but that raises more questions than answers, alas! What is its purpose? What's the process in its formation? And how did it end up at the quarry?..."
"...it appears there's far more behind this most curious object than I had initially believed," Heimerdinger concluded.

Taric walked over to his armor and placed his hand on it. After a moment of concentration a pale green light engulfed him, healing his wounds from the experiment.He then turned around and faced Heimerdinger with a small smile.
"Indeed, but I know as well as anyone that one such as yourself thrives on the prospect of finding the truth of the unknown. I am sure that whatever the answers are, there will be more clues in that quarry."

Heimerdinger got up, nodding back in response; it looked like this would have to go back to the quarry where the crystal was first uncovered.
"It'd be the best course of action from our current perspective. If you're able to, I shall prepare for a return to the excavation site, if you are willing to do so."
"...although I have to wonder, for it to have such a power... could it perhaps be harnessed as a power source in the future?"He commented at the end; the amount of power in such a rather small object could provide a source of power for something, perhaps...

Heimerdinger nodded at Taric's agreement, brushing off any remaining dust on himself.
"Very well, I shall gather anything I will need to go to the quarry, and meet you at the entrance of the Academy."
"And, uh... try not to do what you did to cause the explosion again when we're at the place. The geologists will certainly not be appreciative of it," he added, with a bit of an understating tone.

Taric nodded at the comment and looked around at the damage again.
"Yes, I will be sure to avoid doing that again. I will meet you down at the entrance after I gather the things I need and schedule someone to come by for repairs."
He looked back at the inventor with a smile.
"I am sure the geologist would love to see me there."

In the main atrium of the Academy, the Inventor himself waited for that Gem Knight he had come to respect in many different ways; checking his watch to be sure he was not waiting on a non-existent trip, he nodded and said 'hello!' to some of his passing students, awaiting the other person who would be accompanying him on their mini-trip to the source of that ever peculiar crystal...

Taric walked down the stairs into the main atrium of the academy. He was in his iconic bejeweled armor, his large hammer propped on his shoulder while in his other hand he held a suitcase. He smiled and greeted the passing students and teachers as he made his way to meet with Heimerdinger.
"I hope I didn't keep you waiting for too long. I had to make sure I had everything that I needed for the trip."
He set the suitcase down and adjusted his circlet.
"Is there anyone else that will be joining us?"

Heimerdinger saw the Gem Knight approach with his belongings, and nodded, a smile on his face.
"Oh, do not worry; I have only been here for a few minutes, I should be thanking you for being so punctual!"
"And... I believe it's just us two here, for it is nothing incredibly dangerous, I believe; just a matter of examining more specimens of the crystal we examined in your workshop."
"Now, I think it's best we get going." And with that, The two began to walk out of the academy, on their way to examine the most fascinating of objects.
