The new rustic double doors awaits anyone who wishes to enter the Sheriff's office. The property was moved away from the police station to the nearby block to provide the Sheriff with more space and quiet time to work. On the doors, the sign "Sheriff Caitlyn's Office" rests in a wooden frame. A golden cog hung on the sign.
Inside the building a couple of sofas can be found along with a long couch, a coffee table and an hextech screen. The living-room looking place is accompanied by various paintings and a craved fireplace.
Through a set of doors, a small room with a secretary's desk and 2 chairs await. Behind the secretary's desk, a young woman sits. Her black hair flows down to her shoulders. The work suit she is wearing seems to be of a high stature. On the desk, a note says "Cristina Veser, Secretary". The secretary seems to be filling a lot of paperwork. The two chairs in front of her, on the other side of the table have cushioned seats. A large window rests behind the secretary with various flowers and plants on the other side. Once a meeting has been made or when the Sheriff isn't busy and can accept others on a short time's notice, Cristina would call out their names when the time has come and the called would walk into the large wooden door and into Caitlyn's office.
The Sheriff's office is a rustic looking room. An hextech screen shows the entrance to the building and another the waiting area. Her wooden carved desk contained files and folders of past cases and of the one case she never solved. Caitlyn sat in a wooden leathered chair behind the table, working on some paperwork, examining evidence and such. Behind her, her gun rested and besides it her hat was hanged. Caitlyn wore her regular dress, nothing out of order. She rested back after finishing another of her paperwork and sighed. "I wonder what today will bring." She said as she went and opened the window, letting the breeze and the light to pour into the room. She stood by it for now.
Those that cause crime in Piltover, beware. I shall hunt you down and end you, one way or another. You can come with me to the station, or you can have a bullet between your eyes.
A hulking figure of a well dressed man strode into the sheriffs office, his long black cane his lips were pursed as his piercing grey eyes surveyed the area. His hair was long, straight shoulder length and jet black was parted down the middle evenly. His face was somewhat pale, as though he rarely saw the light of day.
His dark trench coat hid anything he may have had underneath, he simply took a seat and waited. He made sure his posture was immaculate before he ran a hand through his hair, a small smile curled on his lips. He then simply sat, his eyes surveyed the area as he waited to be notice. He did after all, have some VERY important news for the sheriff.

Cristina was filing through folders and paperwork when she heard in her notifier Caitlyn. She talked in a polite manner. "Cristina, be a dear and see who is waiting on the waiting room. I do not recall setting any meetings today." Cristina answered in a dutiful tone. "Yes lady Caitlyn." As she exited the secretary room and into the waiting room. When she saw the large man she took a deep breath and asked in a polite tone. "Who may you be kind sir? Are you expecting a meeting with lady Caitlyn? I'm not sure we settled one today but I may be wrong." Cristina was a bit taken aback because of the man's large form. She hid the suspicion in her voice and smiled at him. If Caitlyn did not suspect him and she saw all that went in the building, why should she?

The large man stood up straight as he looked down upon the secretary, great form towering above her at 6'8" his dark blue eyes seeming to pierce right through her. His hand moved to his pocket and withdrew a small envelop, decorated by many small flowers. It seemed almost comical in his over sized meaty leather gloved hands. He spoke, his voice coming across as a low rumble, "Please. Pass this onto Caitlyn, tell her it's from a friend."
The man then simply turned upon his heel and walked out the door, his cane clicking against the floor in rhythm with his steps before he simply vanished into the crowds of Piltover.
Should Caitlyn read the letter, it would say the following:
Caitlyn
My dear, I believe it is time you and I start our game once more of Cat and Mouse. Not being able to catch me, having me slip between your fingers at every turn must get... Frustrating, so! Being the gentlemen than I am, I shall give you a clue as to where, what and when my next heist will occur.
Where; YASP.
What; Seven lenses that reveal far more than the naked eye does.
When; Giving the exact date would be silly... Just be watching through-out the week.

Cristina was puzzled by the large man's request and slightly amused by his actions. She took the envelope from him which looked strangely affection-full. Cristina did not know that Caitlyn had admirers. "Alright? Have a good day sir." Cristina quickly took the envelope and into Caitlyn's office, she would want that envelope fast. She proceeded to knock on her employer's door and waited until she heard the "Ting" of the bell. "My lady, you have received an envelope from that large man." Cristina told to Caitlyn when she saw her. "Yes, I saw. Bring it here." Cristina did so and smiled to her. "Finding new friends?" Caitlyn frowned. "That's none of your business I'm sorry. May I have some privacy? Cristina giggled and walked out of the office, closing the door behind her. Caitlyn opened the envelope and started reading the note. Her eyes widened as she studies the letters with the regular fancy font. The way he wrote, she knew it. His next crime would be in the YASP. "Cristina get me the Yordle Academy of Science and Progress." Caitlyn told her secretary through the caller as she looked back on her screens, the large man was no-where to be found.

A young man approached the Sherrif’s Office. He was obviously nervous about doing so. He turned eighteen just a few months ago, and his Aunt Ada, who was once his legal guardian, who had agreed to allow him to begin his apprenticeship under Caitlyn. She was of course concerned with his safety as Caitlyn took dangerous cases. Ada most certainly did not want to lose the last reminder of her deceased sister.
Garth felt he had all the required skills to be detective, one of the top in his class, skilled with a rifle, a very serious work ethic....when he was serious that is, inventive as well as creative, and he knew the law. Furthermore, before beginning his apprenticeship he went on an expedition with a research team. The expedition went to Kumungu where he explored the hidden Mirror Pools to the outskirts of Zaun where he got into a rather philosophical disagreement with a certain herald, all of which he ‘forgot’ to mention to his Aunt Ada. These are tales for another time however; as the main point is that he learned a lot about the world on his journey. Even then he realized that he still had much to learn about the world.
Garth had no intentions of staying in Piltover after his training was complete. Rather, he wanted to return to his birthplace....Zaun. He wanted to bring the change Caitlyn brought to Piltover, to Zaun. A naive goal, but one that he hoped to make a reality. Garth knew that right now Zaun was killing far more than it was helping. People were being taken off the streets for experiments! He could not that the government would not see an issue with it! How have people survived long enough to continue Zaun with that happening on a daily basis? Though as soon as he was done training he would go and ensure no one else is kidnapped and killed in some experiment.
He finally reached the door, and took a breath. Then Garth straightened his hat, and made sure the Mana Converter device, one of his inventions, was properly fastened to his arm. He exhaled and touched the golden cog that hung from the sign as though it would fill him with confidence. It did…..a little bit. He put his hand on the door knob and turned it thinking, ‘Here goes nothing!’
With that thought he opened up the door and stepped in, and made his way to Cristina Veser’s desk. His eyes glanced over the name plate, so he would know how to address the women before him. His eyes settled on the secretary, one looked like a regular eye, but was red in color and a scar that ran vertically on the skin around the eye. A rather unusual trait, perhaps a product of an accident?
“Excuse me Miss Veser is the Sheriff busy?” Garth asked not wanting to disturb the Sheriff if she was working on an important case with a rather unscheduled meeting.

Caitlyn watched the stranger through her security cameras. The sheriff had a quiet day. She had only one case today and it was a mere act of burglary, solved within but two hours. Caitlyn re-arranged her files, checking that none was missing. She stopped on the letter C as she always did, picking up the dark yellow folder, opening it to reveal that it contained much less papers and evidents then the other folders. She sighed and put it back in, closing the drawer and checked the screens again, seeing that the young man has entered the building. As he went through the waiting room and into the secretary's office, Caitlyn examined the features of the man. She found herself wondering if she would ever get a free day but she knew better, Piltover needed her and it was more than enough to keep her going.
Cristina looked at the man, focusing on his eyes. The young secretary felt a discomfort in his gaze but she was used to that. People regularly had a hard time to meet up with her employer whether they were uncomfortable in reporting a crime or attempting to charm her with sweet words and flowers. Whenever a man entered her employer's office with some flowers she knew he will come back refused. But it was not the case with this man. He was nervous because of something else, different. She studied his red, scarred eye before asking him in a polite tone. "That depends on who you are. I will have to ask you for your name and surname, area of residence in Piltover and to know what is it that you want from the sheriff. If the latter is a private matter then tell me first." Cristina took a paper, its title clearly reads: "Visitor's Archive Report Sheet", and a pen, ready to write down his answers.

Garth had noted the security camera upon entry, but did not know they were connected directly to Caitlyn's office. Upon Cristina's response he nodded, and he seemed to relax a little bit, "Sure. My name is Garth Marxian. M-a-r-x-i-a-n is how you spell my last name. I live on Inventor Boulevard house 541." That was a rather well to do neighborhood. So he was at higher middle class if nothing else.
"I guess it is a private matter, I would like to see if Sheriff Caitlyn is up to taking an apprentice. After all she is the best in all of Runeterra, so who better to learn from than her?" He said waiting patiently for Cristina to record all the information. Garth had noticed Cristina focus on his eye, which made him a little self-conscious.
'Is it really that noticeable? I really hope she doesn't ask too many questions about it.' Were the thoughts entering and leaving his mind. Garth figured that Caitlyn would ask about anything....unless she already knew it. Garth did not doubt the fact that Caitlyn could find a person's darkest secrets if she really tried....not to mention Garth was not a very good liar.

Drawing the sleeve of her robes across her forehead, Naiyu heaved a dry sigh. Walking had not been the best of ideas for the young Summoner, but for all intentions of "exercising"...
A weary glance at the building before her, she took one deep gulp of air before making her way inside. She was here...for a job. Of course being a Summoner there were certain allowances, but Naiyu tended to...experiment, often. And wills be damned if she spent her lunch money on a bag of pixie shakings...
She had...no skills of merit to speak of. Her best abilities were, besides her Summoner skills, mere housewife work and small tasks beyond that. This place was the last she should be considering for a part time job. But...the other Summoners were also grabbing up Part time jobs, and while she was working towards becoming better at socializing, she was not yet ready to share constant company with them...
Cautiously she made her way up to the large secretary's desk, eyeing the woman sifting through papers behind it. Hopefully she wasn't too busy or absorbed in her work to hear the girl's small voice.

Cristina was listening carefully to each and every word of Garth. As he was talking, she filled in the sheet, stating every word, correcting a letter, marking X in squares and writing up a whole summit of words. He hand worked quickly and she glimpsed down at the sheet every few seconds, not looking at it the whole time and being more interested in the red scar in his eye.
When he said his intention with Caitlyn, Cristin was taken aback a little. That was an awfully uncommon request. She never saw anyone that ask for that. She liked this boy, he had courage. More than she had when she applied for the job anyway. Cristina smiled. "I understand." Cristina said in a calm yet warm voice. She was still curious about the man. Where did he get that strange scar from? She could not tell but that was out of her authority. Caitlyn may tell her afterwards herself. Cristina leaned towards the caller and pressed it. A voice came out.
"Send him in." Caitlyn said. She already knew what happened and which was said in the office. Caitlyn stood and walked toward her window, noting that her flowers needed watering, she wrote to herself that after the meeting she would water them. She stood by the window, waiting for Cristina and the possible recruit.
Cristina stood and went toward Caitlyn's office doors. "Right this way please sir Marxian." Cristin said as she started turning the handle to the door, letting Garth go in.

((Why is she wearing Caitlyn's outfit in your signature ? You don't get one in the job, you would most likely get a suit if you accept the job and also, Caitlyn Trademark. And who draws these? Its pretty good.))

Cristina eyed up the girl. She was wearing a summoner's cut robe. Why would a summoner visit Miss Caitlyn at this time of the year? Cristina sighed and nodded her head. She put down her paperwork and looked at the summoner's amber eyes. An amused thought ran in her head and she smiled at her. "Hello Miss. How can I be of help? I assume that you would want to converse with my employer, right?"

Garth smiled at little bit, and it got a little wider when Caitlyn said to "send him in". Alright he was in! He was doing pretty good so far! He followed Cristana to the door and after it was opened he thanked her and then entered Caitlyn's office closing the door behind him. His eyes darted around the room taking in everything. Noting the organization of the office, the well made wooden carved desk, and finally the chair caught his attention. Not to mention the hextech screen....oh so that is what the security camera in the waiting room was linked too. Caitlyn was watching him...how clever, but Garth quickly thanked her.
"Thank you, Sheriff Caitlyn, I must say it is an honor to have this audience with you." Garth said bowing and removing his hat as he did. He would only move to take a seat when gestured to or offered, until then he would wait for Caitlyn to respond.

Naiyu gave her best, most confident smile to the woman behind the counter...which wasn't all that convincing.
"Y...Yes please! I-I'd like to see M-Miss Caitlyn about a...uhm..a j-job?...ahaha..." Naiyu murmured lightly, her fingers intertwining with each other as she stood. "I...I know th-this is strange...u-uhm...she's n-not too busy, is she?..." Her eyes drifted down a little, "I...I can come back l-later...?"

"Don't thank me yet, Mr. Marxian. I have seen various of people wanting to learn my trade but it is no small task, to be able to solve a crime scene. I'll ask you a few questions as a beginning, mostly basic ones at that though."
Caitlyn then turned from the window to face the man. He was completely normal for her except his scarred, red eye. Her focus went to that and quickly back to the whole of the man, he was not Piltoverian, she could tell at least that. Her eyes went down towards his metallic hand, curious. That was of Zaunnite source, that was the least bit she could say about that. But she did not want to scare the boy, oh no. She was actually looking forward to finding someone who would help her in her work.
Caitlyn sat down and motioned with her hand for him to sit too. She crossed her hands and placed her chin on them and looked at Garth, who should have been sitting by then, with a deadly serious look. She started asking, without stopping to let Garth answer, the following basic questions with a commanding tone. This was but a test to see if he would be fit.
"What is your name? Where were you born? Who were your parents? What is your name? What is X if X+(-30)=5? Why are you here? What is your name? What's today's date? What's your purpose? What is your name?"
Caitlyn asked the questions, noting that she asked the question 4 time. It was a basic test really, simply there to see who he is. Caitlyn wanted to know more than just the simple information asked, she could dig that up without doubt, but she wanted to know about his reactions, the way he spoke.
((I may require you to reply with Garth's reaction to every question. Sorry, that's a requirement I decided to make.))

((Holy **** these are great. You are a really nice artist. I take all my pics and drawings from online, I could never draw that well. Nice job.))

Cristina was amused with the summoner's reaction. It wasn't every day when a summoner enter Caitlyn's office, let alone asking for a job and mumbling like that. Cristina smirked, she was a cute little girl in the robes of a summoner, that is all she needed to know. Cristina filed through some papers and put them down. She got up and looked at Naiyu, asking her with a friendly yet calm voice. "You will have to talk to Caitlyn about that. Lucky for you, she told me to let people in without asking since she has nothing important to do today." Cristina opened Caitlyn's office door and showed Naiyu inside with her hand. Should Naiyu enter, Cristina will close the door behind her.
Caitlyn was watching and listening from her room. Curious, a summoner looking to apply for a job? And here? Why would she want that? It did not matter, Caitlyn would know soon enough anyway. She stood up and cleared her table, putting all the paperwork that was on it in a folder that was labeled: "C". She placed the folder in one of her drawers and sat down, waiting for the summoner.
