Poppy continues waiting on the plate to heat up. It would take a few minutes for it to be hot enough to be molded, and it gave her time to think. She would have to return to Demacia fairly soon, and back to politics. The city was nice and beautiful... but nothing exciting happened there usually. It was a shame...
"Okay then! I'll be right back!" And Titus shuts the door of the smithy and heads down the road that leads to the town square. But before he can order, he heads back to his observatory to get money from his bedroom. When he finally obtained the money, he leaves his home to walk back to the same road that leads to the town square.
Once there at the main busy streets of Bandle City, Titus arrives at a fast food restaurant called the King's Diner. Inside, he ordered two of the 'double chessburgers' and the 'friars'. Leaving the restaurant, Titus heads back to the smithy. He enters the living room again and places the food on the table before relaxing at the couch.

While Titus went to find food, Poppy went to work. She pulled out the heated metal plate when it was ready from the flames of the forge and got back to shaping it. Loud clanking noises and smoke could be heard and seen from the direction of the smithy, and the forge room would radiate heat to the nearby area as well. How someone could work in the heat of the flame so effortlessly, was a hard thing to imagine.
By the time Titus returned to the smithy, Poppy had done a surprising amount of work. The plate was shaped properly, as the front side of a steel chestplate, but still far from finished. It was weak, soft, and not as smooth as it should be. It would have to be shaped properly, and tempered to harden the plate. Poppy herself didn't seem even properly out of breath despite working very hard for a long while, but a few drops of sweat were sliding down her forehead. She was in her element... and even though it didn't show on her face, she was quite happy to be at the forge.

Poppy turns around to look at Titus, seeming like she could've done this for hours without tiring.
"One side of a chestplate. But... it is simpler for both the smith and the wearer if the plate is in two parts, connected by a hinged joint. Easier to put on, easier to take off. Both, while giving the same protection."
Masterpiece... the plate was far from one, even though it had taken shape. It would require days of work before the chestplate could be considered even close to a true masterpiece.

Poppy holds Whomper lazily against her shoulder, looking at Titus.
"Are you ready to get back to work? Or are you going to be taking a break a while further?"
Whichever way Titus were to answer, Poppy would still turn back around and continue working on the chestplate. The forge was like a second home to her, and she enjoyed working in it's warmth.
