As the now self proclaimed and appointed Troll King, Trundle has been busy within the eastern reaches of Freljord, uniting the scattered troll hoards under his own rule. Some bands came to his side willingly. Those foolish enough not to, however, would have whatever troll appointed as their leader bludgeoned to death by Boneshiver, with promises from Trundle to do the same to whoever else threatened to defy him.
While he had recruited quite a large amount of trolls to his army, Trundle's numbers have yet to reach even half of a thousand. So until his numbers grew, he would keep his territory somewhat small, in the form of a ransacked village. The ever-growing Ruhgosk warband would reside here for now, and if their size grew too large for this village, they'd move on to a bigger one until they were content.
But for now, the trolls were celebrating their new king with a feast, consisting of whatever living creatures the trolls had managed to catch. Elk, non-Ursine bear, you name it. There was one creature, however, the Ruhgosk did not eat. Numerous Poro littered the table, scurrying to and fro with dishes on their little white bodiess. Trundle had managed to catch and train some and now basked in the service they provided, sitting at the head of the table as his plate of bear meat was brought up to him, freshly cooked.

Outside of the troll revelry and smoking fires of the village itself, a shadow seem to grow over the horizon. A dark figure formed on the hill, looking down at the warband. It move toward the village with a black ice followed in a trail behind it. The approaching darkness might have caught the attention of the guards, but before they attempt to identify the approaching assailant, it vanished. What they heard was nothing more the howling winds of the cold night and the faint footsteps that grew louder..
What came into view was a small band of trolls finishing their trek towards the village, with hopes to join Trundle's band. Among them was a female who limped behind the entourage of outcasts. Her robes were adorned with bones and fingers with a huge Elk skull for a headpiece. There were severed frozen fingers, ritualistic lines on her face marked darberry paint, and her cloak marking her as one of the rare and few troll shamans among their kind. One eye was unblinking underneath the cloth band, as the eyelids was savagely torn off. Her right leg had be replaced with a horn of a great beast, and the awkward object made her walk seem more like hop if anything. She gazed out into the village, eager to see her kind together once again.

The two trolls designated for guard duty, each with a mug in hand nonetheless, looked at each other as the smaller band approached. They exchanged a few words followed by one elbowing the other, causing him to pick up his club and walk out to meet the group. He met them fifty feet away from the borders of the village, his weapon leaning against his shoulder. He was obviously drunken with the way he walked, but surprisingly managed to not fall. Raising a hand up, the troll spoke.

In the band of forty, two of the trolls leading the group looked at each other, They were twins at first glance. Both had two-color eyes, one gold and one red. Each had a messy heap of brown hair between them as they were laughing, conversing deeply before they paused. One of the twins scoffed at the guard's drunken walk. Before he can open his mouth, he felt something slam against his side. It was a long sinorous bone that seems to have been craved to look like a staff.
"I'll say to him, ya confound yung" The shaman spoke as she made hog between the two. She hopped another two feet forward, muttering something about impatient young trolls trying to show their chest to much.
"Greetings. This yung gr'up wished to join your king's band. Got tired of Grogg's ranting to join the king..so I show way for them." She told the guard's hoping they weren't so drunk out of their heads to understand her. If so, shamans had ways making them feel sense.
The first guard merely looked at the troll shaman in a state of stupor, paying more attention to her appearance than her words. He snapped to his senses at the word 'king', straightening up slightly as he lowered his club to the snow covered ground. The second guard remained where he was, a blow horn in hand in case something went wrong.
"King says all new trolls gotsa talk to him before they join tha wur band. Has t' take a test er sumthin."
The guard would then beckon the group to follow him, signaling his companion to open the gates. The crudely constructed door rattled as it rose upward, and soon screeched back down after the trolls passed underneath. The second guard looked at each one of the newcomers in turn as they passed, but otherwise did nothing else. On the way up to the castle, there were various members of the Ruhgosk scattered about. Some were sitting within their huts, partaking in their food while others were bringing in more and cooking it. It seemed all around the trolls were celebrating Trundle's rule.
The guard stopped them underneath the only balcony of the castle, whispering something to a younger troll who quickly scurried inside. "Jus' wait hurr fer now."

A huge snow troll approached on the horizon, swaying left and right slowly with each large step, keeping a firm grip of his large stone clubs he holds with each hand, which would take two trolls to be able to raise either one of them. Strapped around his back was a large sack that had their supplies and other types of tools, but what seemed rather amusing was the fact that there was a smaller troll riding on his shoulders. This smaller troll was laying back, a hand behind his head, and his other hand raising a finger and swaying it around.
"Yadda da-da da-da! Dum! Bum bo-bom bom bom! Yo-hoho-hoho hoh bum!" Chanted the smaller, singing to pass time in their journey. The larger troll could then see the troll village not far away from them and he stopped, turning his head back, trying to have a look at the smaller troll riding on top of him.
"Uncle Zabii!" Said the larger troll, at which Zabii simply looked at with a raised brow.
"What do you want Gorrister? Can't you see I'm busy?" Though his view eventually changed to look forwards as Gorrister simply raised his large hand to point at the village ahead. Zabii lips curved up into a grin, finally having arrived after so long. "Finally! We are here!" He hopped off from Gorrister and turned to face up at his nephew, who simply looked down at him and replied with a simple.
"Urk?"
Zabii rubbed his hands together. "Right then! Remember, we are not here to play-" He puts a hand on his hip and raises another one, rocking his hips left and right. "-tea and cookie party with the king!" He places both hands on his hips and looks up puffing his chest out, Gorrister looked down a bit sad, thinking there won't be any treats. "We're here to "join" up with the cause! Fight for the king! Expand our domains... and yadda yadda yadda..."
Gorrister scratched his head, shrugging at Zabii, while the smaller troll started to walk the rest of their way, as the excercise would do him nicely. "But most importantly... get as much treasure as we can from anyone!" He tuns his head back at Gorrister who followed close behind. "Just imagine it Goris, all of the treasures from past raids will be reunited in ONE place! And I'm sure some trolls would be glad to part away with some of them!" He takes out a deck of cards from his pocket which they had taken from a bored human soldier who is no longer in our world, and starts to shuffle it on his way. "Especially after a good card game." He then puts a card inside his sleeve. "The trick is ALWAYS keeping an ace under your sleeve!"
"Huck! Smash?"
"Yea yea, I'll give you something to smash... just let your good uncle do his "magic", hoo hoo!"
"Hocus pocus?!"
"Not THAT kind of magic... dimwit..."
Putting his deck of cards away, the duo of trolls tried to walk calmly and act naturally as they approached the village, ready to do what they do best: tricking and decieving.

"Tis shame...I as gon to look a while." The shaman crackled a smile at the guard. She turned so slightly to look for a place to sit down. In the end, the shaman managed to squat on the floor..her bone leg twisted awkward in doing so. The other trolls manage to idle about. The young one looking more and more impatient.
"Young un! I feel you have more comin while yer're not at yer post. Perhaps you should send someone to see them in..." The aged voice asked while her body shook from something other than the cold.

The second troll guard gave an annoyed grunt as more visitors arrived at the gate, shambling up from his post to meet the two away from the gate. His stride was notably better than his fellow, and he too had his weapon resting on his shoulder. He gave Gorrister a look over before noticing Zabii, chuckling a bit as he took another sip from his mug. "'Ey fella, what's with the yordle ya got there? Servant or somethin'?" The sound of footsteps would be heard from the balcony above before a shadow moved over the group of trolls, followed by the nearby snow being launched into the air. When it settled again, Trundle himself would be standing, holding a bone in one hand as he ripped the cooked meat from it with his teeth. As he chewed he looked at each of the trolls in turn. Boneshiver was strung over his back, faintly glowing a pale blue. "So I hear you lot want to join the Ruhgosk. If that's the case, I hope you're ready for the test."

Took him along enough. I wonder what kind of test this troll would put on these young one she found. The old crone of a shaman cracked a wild smile, though She had no intention of joining the warband...but probably had a use for not killing this group that wondered too far into her domain. However, it was amusing enough as she looked at Trundle with unnatural light in her only intact eye.
