He wears medium armor, offering good protection but not severely hampering his agility. Eli uses dual pistols, a hand-and-a-half sword, a hammer, and claws that can extend from his gauntlets.
Passive: Focus- As Eli continues to fight, he focuses more on the battle, slightly increasing his damage and accuracy the longer the battle goes up to a point.
Switch Weapon: Eli switches weapons, he cannot make any offensive actions for the rest of the post after he switches, and cannot switch weapons to anything other than his claws if he has taken any damage within the last 6 seconds.
Pistols: Eli is a good marksman with pistols, and can accurately hit targets at a medium range (30 feet or closer). They deal moderate damage, and can bring down most Tier 2 characters with around 5 shots to the torso when they are unarmored. He has one special ability with pistols.
Each of Eli’s pistols holds 6 shots before he has to reload, reloading takes 6 seconds (1 post).
Bend the Bullet: Fires a single shot out of his gun and curves the path of the bullet. This can be done to fire around something, or help ensure hitting a vital area. This ability will deal high damage to the first target hit, and decreasing for any subsequent targets. He can hit 5 at most.

Sword: The purpose of the sword is to deal AoE damage and attract the attention of enemies. Eli has moderate skill with the sword, capable of taking on 2 tier 2 opponents at the same time and having around a 50% chance of winning. Eli swings in wide arcs horizontal arcs, usually hitting enemies surrounding him.
Leeching strike: Eli’s next attack with the sword heals him for 30% of damage dealt.
Cooldown: 30 seconds (average 5 posts)
Hammer: The purpose of the hammer is to tank damage and dispense crowd control. When using the hammer, Eli gains a small boost to armor and magic resist. His attacks are slow, but hit hard, often stunning opponents. The hammer comes with one passive and one active ability. (while he prefers hammers, he is also skilled with hafted weapons such as battle axes, since they are similar in feel and use)
Percussive Negotiations: Every 4 attacks he will stun, slow, weaken, or silence an opponent he hits (counter mechanic is the same as Udyr’s phoenix stance). The CC produced depends upon where the target is hit and the strength of the target.
Same or lower strength than Eli: 1 second stun no matter where they are hit.
Moderately stronger than Eli: Head and body hit is a 1 second stun, leg hit is a 2 second 25% slow, and arm hit is 2 second a 15% weaken.
Significantly stronger than Eli: Head hit silences for 1.5 seconds, body hit weakens and slows by 5% for 2 seconds, leg hit slows 15% for 2 seconds, and arm hit weakens by 10% for 2 seconds.
And Stay Down!: Eli's next attack stuns the target for 1 second.

Claws: Eli is highly skilled with his claws, since they are his favorite weapon. When using his claws, he could take on a lower tier 3 character and have a 50% chance of winning. Claws deal high single target damage and provide 20% lifesteal, but he has to get very close to deal damage. He has 2 special abilities with claws.
Bloodgiver: For 6 seconds (1 post), Eli's lifesteal also heals an ally for the same amount.
Cooldown 30 seconds (5 posts) after the effect wears off.
Cornered Animal: Can only be activated when under 30% health and the enemies attacking him have higher health than he does. Instantly heals him 10% of his maximum health, also increases his lifesteal, attack, and movement speed by 10%

Unarmed Combat: Eli has received a mix of training in Savate, Wing Chun, and Jiu Jitsu. This, mixed with his ability to use magic to make his strikes harder and more precise gives him an edge in unarmed combat. Not to mention having experience from countless bar fights.

His armor is made up of fairly light platemail with chainmail covering his joints, protecting them but also leaving them fairly flexible.
He carries his hammer on his back, sword on his left side of his body, at his waist, and one pistol on either side of his body, at the level of his ribs. His claws are actually part of his gauntlets, and extend with a movement of his arms.
As a person, he is very cocky, and is usually an annoyance to those around him with his sarcasm and boasting. When he does make friends with someone, though, the friendship is strong. If in a group, he will try to make sure everyone does and gets their fair share of pay and work, and does not let anyone get left behind. All in all, he’s annoying, cocky, and sarcastic, but tends to mean well.
While he will work for anyone who pays, he follows his own code of honor, taught to him by those who trained him. He will not leave an employer them until the contract is up, or it comes to a point where it violates the other tenets of his code. He refuses kill civilians or prisoners, opponents that he has disarmed he will execute, but not once they have been secured as prisoners. He won’t betray a former employer by revealing information about them. Finally, above all else, he is loyal to Zaun, and, if his home calls for aid, will gladly drop any contracts or groups he is in to defend it.

Wishing to see if they could make their son a powerful mage they experimented with various spells and chemicals in an attempt to vastly increase his power and mana capacity and regeneration. They began experimenting while Eli was still in the womb. Experimentation continued until the age of five, however no results were found. They attempted to teach him simple spells, but none worked. At the age of six, Eli went to school. He was sent home after getting into a fight with another student and promptly breaking several of the students ribs and leaving him unconscious. They performed more tests and concluded that Eli was, in fact, able to use magic, but it had to be channeled through a physical object, mainly a weapon or his fists. Additionally, it seemed that it had made him able to quickly learn to use various weapons effectively, and further enhanced his abilities with them through his use of magic. They sent him off to be trained by various reputable mercenaries and weaponsmasters, where he eagerly learned to fight, and picked up his code of honor as well. During his training Eli grew a fond of pistols, hammers, swords, and punch daggers in particular. After completing his training, he struck off to search for good mercenary groups to join. He was nicknamed “The Jackknife” by the first group he trained with, due to his versatility in combat.
