With the successes of the Pokemon League of Legends and Disney's League of Legends The Movie, I decide to put something more creative.
So...think of any person/being, fictional or historical, and make them into a League champion. Post what their QWER moves are, their passive, their role (mid, top, etc), and their lore! Do you have to get into much detail about their lore or abilities? You can but it's not necessary. To show you guys what I mean, I'll start off with an example by pulling Gerrant the Gold Dragon from the game Dragon Nest and into Valoran.
RULES:
- Fictional and historic characters allowed only. Famous people (ex. Barack Obama, Justin Bieber) allowed. - League champions, upcoming League champions, rejected League champions, Defense of the Ancients heroes, Heroes of Newearth heroes, or any original character from Maelstrom or from the official forums in the League of Legends website are not allowed. - QWER abilities and lore needed. However if it's too hard to make a lore, then just QWER abilities and passive.

A horizontal sword beam bursts forth from Gerrant's sword. In his Gold Dragon form, it's replaced by Dragon Slash, dealing double the damage.
W: Dragon Flap
Gerrant conjures 2 wide waves of explosion that slows enemies down. In his Gold Dragon form, Gerrant conjures 3 wide waves around him, knocking up enemies and stunning them for a greater duration the further Gerrant is.
E: Disintegration
Gerrant launches 5 lasers in a line to deal damage. In his Gold Dragon form, the beams widen by 50 degrees.
R: Gold Dragon
Gerrant becomes the Gold Dragon and dashes to a target location. Enemies along the path take magic damage and are knocked back.
Lore (Do you have to make it up? Up to you):
Four Rune Wars ago, the Black Dragon Karas raised an army and threatened the world of Valoran. Gerrant sent out a call to arms to all of humanity. Gerrant then became the leader of the Six Heroes, which consisted of himself, Velskud of the Noxian Army, Varnak of Demacia, Kasarana of the Grey Order, Nerwin of Avarosia, and Terram of Ionia.
After a long and arduous war, the Six Heroes finally defeated the Black Dragon but it was not without complications. Gerrant turned into his Gold Dragon form to duel the Black Dragon himself. The Six Heroes who saw him was shocked by the fact that Gerrant was actually a dragon. Varnak and Kasarana were disgusted and felt betrayed. Velskud took Gerrant's right eye and stole the Black Dragon's lustre under the order of Kalahan. The other 5 heroes were too exhausted from the war and was unable to stop Velskud.
Though they were horrified by Velskud's supposed betrayal, they decided that it would be best to keep it secret lest it would curtail a huge uproar from the beings of Valoran. Thus, history recorded the end of the war as the defeat of the Black Dragon due to the noble sacrifice of Velskud.
Gerrant decided to hunt down Velskud and to collect all the pieces of the Chaos Dragon. He joined the League of Legends to hunt down the lustres of all dragons and secure them before chaos strikes.
So here is mine for Gerrant. Here you can speculate on what if this person became a League champion. Do you want to make Stitch, Pikachu, Thor, Napoleon, Makarov, or any one you can think of a League champion? Make their QWER abilities and their place and reason in Valoran! I don't care how it's going to fit, as long as it fits!

Q - Charged Bow Passive - Bow Lara's attacks gain 500 range, and her attack damage is increased by (1 x level (+0.2 AD)).
First Cast - Lara takes out her bow, and pulls it back to maximum. Second Cast - Lara takes a shot, a rope arrow coming from the bow. If it hits an enemy, the enemy will take 60/120/170/210/250 (+0.8 Bonus AD), and Lara will pull herself to the enemy. For 3 seconds, Lara can use melee knife attacks, which deal an extra 2/4/6/8/10 physical damage, before switching to a ranged bow form.
W - Blunderbuss Passive - Shotgun Lara's attacks gain 350 range, and attacks will deal 25% of the damage dealt to enemies around the target.
Active: Lara shoots a volley of bullets, dealing 8/9/10/11/12% of enemies health, everytime a bullet passes through. (+1% per bonus 30 AD)
E - Pistol Passive - Attacks gain 500 range, and will pierce through an enemies armor, reducing it by 1 with each attack.
Active: Lara takes out two pistols, and then shoots at a target location, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 physical damage (+0.5 AD) each second, for 2 seconds.
R - Gear Shift Cast 1: Lara takes out her Pry Axe, and her attacks are melee for 10 seconds. Each attack inflicts Grievous Wounds, and apply a bleeding effect for 10 damage over 2 seconds.
Cast 2: Lara ignites her torch. Her attacks are melee for 10 seconds, and each attack inflict a burning effect, dealing 40 (+0.2 AD) magic damage over 3 seconds.
Cast 3: Lara takes out her axe. Her attacks are sluggish (-10% AtkSpd) for 10 seconds, but her attacks have an addition 10/20/30 attack damage.
Background:
When Lara was young she traveled with her parents on many of their archaeological expeditions. These expeditions and the mysteries they uncovered helped shape the woman she was becoming. It was on one of these expeditions where her parents vanished and were presumed dead.
Even though Lara's family left her with a vast fortune, giving her the means to attend Piltover General Academy with ease, she decided that she wanted to earn her own way and would instead apply to the Yordle Academy of Progress. This decision required her to pay her tuition and rent by working multiple jobs. Although this was a much tougher choice, it helped Lara become more grounded, down to earth and level headed than she might otherwise have been.
Becoming a student at YAP also kept her with Sam, Lara's friend since boarding school. It was because of Sam's free spirit and wild streak that Lara was able to experience much more of London than just the unviersities and museums that she loved so much. Their desire for adventure drew them both toward the expedition aboard the Endurance. When Lara was 21 years old, she set out on her first expedition aboard the ship Endurance to find the lost Ionian kingdom of Yamatai, home to the legendary shaman queen Himiko, dubbed the "Sun Queen", and said to hold mystical power. By Lara's suggestion, the group begin searching in the Dragon's Triangle, an area infamous for missing ships and violent storms.
While venturing through the Dragon's Triangle, the Endurance is struck by a violent storm and splits in two, stranding everyone on an isolated island. Lara attempts to reach the rest of the group, but is captured by a strange, savage man and trapped in his cave home. Lara manages to escape, but is wounded in the process via a metal bar that impales her lower left abdomen and causes the cave to collapse, killing her captor.
Minutes after being captured, thanks to a crew member's outburst, Lara escapes while avoiding getting spotted by the well-armed inhabitants of the island. After dodging past guards while her hands are still bound, she hides in one of the ruined huts to avoid the rest of the men. Unfortunately, the same man who captured her, Elavma, locates her and attempts to kill her. The two brawl for their lives, with Lara emerging as the victor when she shoots Elavma in the head after freeing herself of her bonds, but is visibly scarred and shaken by her act of murder when Elavma dies a slow death.
The rest of the events are undocumented by testimony, Lara Croft wishes not to reveal more of her past, when she joined the league a year after the shipwreck incident.

W: Assault riffle: Deals damage in a cone in front of him for 5 seconds. 1.5CD as he reloads.
E: Melee: Next auto attack is a melee attack that deals heavy physical damage. 0.5CD
R: Sending the bomb back: Flies into the air using a jetback.... Click anywhere on the map to kick a covenant bomb down causing massive magic AoE damage. Master Chief will then land in a random position on the map taking half his health in damage and dealing massive physical damage to any units nearby.

Passive: Steel/Silver Sword Fighter. Geralt strikes alternatively with his steel and silver sword, dealing 120% damage to monsters and minions, or champions and minions -poor minions.
Q: Sign of Ard Geralt pushes enemies in front of him back with a telekinetic push, knocking them down.
W:Heavy Style/ Group Style Geralt fights in one of two styles. Heavy style increases the damage he deals by 4/8/12/16/20% Group Style deals 10/20/30/40/50% of the damage to his target to all targets in range.
E:Sign of Igni Geralt shoots a ball of fire, dealing damage and burning the enemy. If the enemy is smaller than Geralt, he has a chance to be feared while he's burning.
R: Sign of Axii Geralt surpresses target enemy, making them fight on his side for a short duration after.

Q: Overwatch Shot: Fires a ball of plasma in a straight line, dealing damage to the first enemy hit. The shot bounces up to 3 times, dealing decreased damage to subsequent enemies, can bounce off of terrain as well. (bounces act as skillshots, but are auto-aimed to hit the targeted enemy based on its current velocity)
W: Crossbow: Gordon switches to the crossbow for a period of time, gaining increased attack damage and critical chance.
E: Satchel Charge: Places a satchel charge down on the ground, satchel charges reveal the area around it for 40 seconds, when the ability is activated again, the charge detonates, damaging nearby enemies.
W: Hivehand: Gordon fires a hornet at an enemy champion, afflicting them with a damage over time for a short duration.
R: RPG: Gordon launches an RPG at the target, dealing massive damage to it and surrounding enemies.
Background
Gordon Freeman was an aspiring physicist in Zaun, however, he wrote his thesis on the existence of other planes and how they affect this one. One are in particular that he focused on was the Void. After reading the paper, his mentor, Dr. Isaac Kleiner, head of the secret research organization Black Mesa, recruited him. After showing up late for work one day, Gordon discovered the research location to be overrun with voidlings. He bravely fought them off, along with the Black Ops sent to cover the incident up, and managed to close the portals the voidlings were entering from. After his hard-fought battle, Gordon decided to enter into the League of Legends, hoping to use his influence to raise awareness of the void threat, which he believes to be growing, based upon the presence of the champions associated with it, and his own calculations.

Charles Barkley, the B-ball master
Class: Ranged (500) Baller
Passive: Jam with the best or slam with the rest - allies within a 600 AoE of Barkley recieve a stacking 5% movement speed boost whenever he casts an ability. Enemies recieve a 5% stacking slow. Max 3 stacks.
Q: He's on Fire - Barkley's next autoattack gains 400 range (for a total of 900) and deals additional magic damage both on impact and over 3 seconds.
W: Dribble / Dunk - Barkley starts dribbling like a pro, channeling for 0,75 seconds. Attacks and spells that strike him during this time will be negated. At the end of Dribble, Barkley can dunk one of the champions that attacked him while dribbling, appearing behind him while dealing magical damage and stunning them for 1 second.
E: Space Jam - Barkley launches a jar of galactic raspberry jam towards a target location. The jar shatters upon touching the ground, dealing magic damage and rooting enemies in a 425 AoE. Over the next 6 seconds, the area expands to a 675 AoE that slows enemies by 40%.
R: Chaos Dunk - Barkley channels for 3 seconds before leaping on top of an enemy hero, dealing dunktastic magic damage and knocking all enemies in a 700 AoE around the target (including the target).
Artorias gains 10 armor every six levels, furthermore Artorias has a natural 15% resistance to tenacity.
W: Growing Corruption
Passive: Artorias leaves a trail of poisonous sludge in his wake, which slows enemies by 10% and deals 2% current health damage every 3 seconds.
Active: Artorias is surrounded by a dark aura that explodes after a brief duration, however he is unable to move during this time. Those in range of the explosion suffer 60/90/120/150/180 (+ .5 AP) damage. Furthermore, Artorias gains 35 attack damage after the explosion for 7 seconds.
E: Wolf's Fury
Artorias performs two circular slash and uses the full length of his greatsword. This attack deals 60/110/160/210/260 (+.7 AD) damage.
R: Hollowed Assault
Artorias somersaults in the air toward the closest enemy champion dealing 125/200/275 (+.4 AD) for his strike. Then he somersaults towards the next closest enemy champion dealing the same amount of damage, and does the same for a third time to the next closest enemy champion. An enemy can be hit twice by the same attack, but not two consecutive times.
If growing corruption is activated, then Artorias leaves a circle of poisonous sludge around his impact point.
Lore:
Artorias the Abysswalker was once a proud knight of Gywn, the King of Sunlight and gods, who ruled the lands of Lordran. Artorias was a holy warrior unmatched will and skill with a greatsword. Another notable trait is that he would never budge in combat against an enemy. This paladin is noted for descending into the Abyss during the fall of a city called New Londo, where he did battle with Gwyn's greatest threat. The darkwraiths who sought to kill the defenseless for their souls and humanity.
By diving into the Abyss, Artorias developed the art of Abysswalking, which even he was only capable with a special ring. He slew all the darkwraiths that stood in his way, and was rewarded a pendant meant to repel dark magic, which he has since lost.
However, New Londo was not the only place to suffer the dangers of the Abyss. A land known as Oolacile soon began to fall to the power of the Abyss. Upon hearing such news Artorias ventured forth with his wolf companion Sif and his cat companion Alvina. Unfortunately this time the Abyss overwhelmed him and consumed him. Using the last of his energy and his magical greatshield he protected his loyal comrade, Sif.
Somehow after being consumed by the Abyss, Artorias was transported to the world of Runterra. He lost all his humanity due to the corruption and began to kill any he laid his eyes on. He desired to gather only two things, souls and humanity. The holy warrior had fallen to the level of the darkwraiths, the beings he so despised. After being contained by the League, he is now forced to fight in the summoner's arena under the control of the summoner's. However, summoners would be wise to enter his mind with caution, as the taint of the Abyss is powerful and searches for new minds to bring into its fold.

If White Glint had a lock on a target when SALINE05 Barrage was cast, the missiles fire directly toward the target. If a locked missile reaches maximum range before striking a target, the larger salvo will continue to track the locked target, still deploying in a cone

White Glint dashes toward the cursor, consuming a Quick Boost charge. The distance traveled is altered relative to the direction White Glint is facing when AB-HOLOFERNES is cast. This skill does not interrupt auto attacking, and passively gains a Quick Boost charge every 15/15/10/10/5 seconds, unaffected by CDR while in combat. While out of combat, White Glint gains a Quick Boost charge every 7/7/5/5/3 seconds. White Glint can store three charges of Quick Boost

White Glint boosters are activated, causing it to skate along the ground, gaining 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.1 AP) passive movement speed. White Glint may active this ability to exceed its normal thrust with Overed Boost, tripling its total movement speed for 1.5 seconds and ignoring unit collision, but forcing it to move toward its facing for the entire duration. White Glint's facing becomes locked during this time. While KRB-PALLAS is on cooldown, the passive effect is lost, as well as the ability to activate AB-HOLOFERNES and 03-AALIYAH/G.
Activating this ability does not interrupt auto attacking.

White Glint's generator passively creates an additional 5/15/25 Energy per 5 seconds. When White Glint begins channeling this ability, it stops regenerating Energy for 15/12.5/10 seconds. When 03-AALIYAH/G finishes casting, White Glint's Energy, Armor and Magic Resist become 0 and the passive benefits of AB-HOLOFERNES is lost. Armor, Magic Resist and the passive benefits of AB-HOLOFERNES return to normal after 10/7.5/5 seconds.

Archer immediately dashes to the target while conjuring another of the same pair of swords, stabbing them with it to deal another 15/30/45/60/75 (+60% AD) physical damage, and concludes by conjuring a final pair which he uses to perform a cross-slash which deals another 15/30/45/60/75 (+60% AD) physical damage.

Cost - 70/90/110/130/150 Mana Range - 1200 Cooldown - 7/9/11/13/15 seconds
{ E } Nameless Hero's Bow / Broken Phantasm
First cast; Archer conjures a nigh unbreakable bow that bears no name which he uses for ranged auto-attacks (615). Dismisses Married Blades (if in use) before summoning.
Second cast; Archer summons a mythical sword of legend which he transforms into an arrow and fires from his bow as a linear skillshot in the direction of the cursor. Upon hitting a target, the sword-arrow will explode in a small (800) diameter to deal 80/100/120/140/160 (+40% AP) magic damage to the primary victim and half that damage to any surrounding enemies.
Cost - (First cast) 0/0/0/0/0 / (Second cast) 40/50/60/70/80 mana Range - (First cast) Self / (Second cast) 800/800/800/800/800 Cooldown - (First cast) None, shifts to second cast / (Second cast)

First activation; {Archer must cast this spell seven times before it activates fully} Archer pulls the entire area of effect into a realm of his own creation, where the sky is filled with smoke and the barren ground is littered with swords plunged into its surface, and containing everyone within via an impassible boundary of his imagining. While this realm persists, all of Archer's abilities' costs and cooldowns are reduced to 0.
Second activation; Archer can choose to terminate his ultimate ability prematurely by mounting a swift and powerful assault, conjuring down a rain of swords to impale all opponents who were caught in its area of effect and deal 150/225/300 (+100% AD) physical damage to them. After the rain of swords the boundary vanishes and Archer's ultimate goes on halved cooldown

W (Head shot): Simo fire's upon the target dealing a huge amount of damage. If target is killed the spell goes of cool down. Consumes Mark if targeted.
E (Molotov Cocktail): Simo throws a Molotov Cocktail at the target area. The fire slows enemy units by 30% and deals magic damage. Consumes Mark if targeted.
R (White Death): Simo becomes invisible wherever he is for 30 seconds, abilities or basic attacks does not interrupt stealth. He is locked in position for the entire duration.

Shadow regains 5/10/15/20/25 energy for every allied Champion that is within the eruption radius

Shadow hurls himself forward in a linear path at incredible speed, dealing 60/85/110/135/150 (+40% AD) physical damage to any enemies he collides with and knocking them aside.
Chaos Unleashed - Shadow warps time and space in order to blink to a desired location, dealing 65/90/115/140/155 (+0.6 AP) magic damage to all enemies near his arrival point.
Cost - 40/40/40/40/40 energy Range - 500/550/600/650/700 Cooldown - 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

Shadow draws upon he power of the Seven Chaos Emeralds to take on his Super Form; during this time his movement speed is increased by 20/35/50%, he ignores terrain and unit collision, takes 20/25/30% less damage, and his abilities no longer consume energy.
Chaos Unleashed - All of Shadow's abilities possess a one second cooldown.
Whenever this skill goes on cooldown, Shadow must regain the Seven Chaos Emeralds (each after 3/5/7 seconds or by getting a Champion kill/assist) before he can use it again.
Cost - 10 energy per second Cooldown - 21/35/49 seconds possible
