Passive- Dragon Killing Arrows
Every 8 attacks Gough pulls out one of his own handcrafted arrows meant to slay a dragon. This arrow deals 150% increased damage to the first target it hits, and only 75% increased damage to the second target.
Q- Rampage
Gough swings his fists and stomps in the area that he is standing in. This ability hits an enemy, who lingers in it for the full effect, 3 times dealing 20/30/40/60/80 damage (+.6 AD) enemies who are hit by these three attacks are knocked back by the third one.
W- Tri-Shot
Gough loads three arrows on his greatbow and fires them in a cone in front of him. Each arrow deals 40/60/80/100/120 (+ .5 AD) damage and subsequent targets take 65% of the damage dealt by this attack.
E- Blind Hunting
Passive: As an enemy champion moves closer to Gough, he gains 5% critical hit chance to a max of 25%.
Active: Gough fires off a barbed arrow that deals 50/70/120/170/220 (+.4 AD) damage and an additional 10/30/40/50/60 damage over time.
R- Hawkeye's Coup
Gough immediately draws one of his dragon killing arrows and loads it onto his greatbow. He pauses for a moment after readying his bow before launching an arrow that deals 150/200/250 + 150% increased damage (75% increased damage to subsequent targets). All targets hit by this attack are knocked back, and if they hit terrain then they are stunned for 2 seconds.
BIO:
Hawkeye Gough is a proud knight of Gywn, the King of Sunlight and gods, who ruled the lands of Lordran. Gough was an unparalleled archer unmatched with any sort of bow. He was capable of bringing down dragons with deadly accuracy. Each one of his arrows was handcrafted to the utmost perfection, but it was his skill with the bow that got Lord Gwyn's attention.
However, while Gwyn had fully embraced Gough as a faithful servant and powerful ally, some of his people had not. Thus, his current armor was sabotaged when the armorers stuffed pine resin into his helmet blinding the giant. However, they were quite surprised when Gough loosed accurate arrow after arrow with his new impairment.
However, how he came to Runeterra is unknown, but he made his mission clear. He seeks a way to help his comrade and friend Artorias from his corruption. Thus he offered his services to the Institute of War in exchange for their assistance in curing Artorias.
Whenever Mario possesses a "1-UP", upon falling to 0 health he will instantaneously regain 50% of his maximum health.
Every time Mario kills a minion, monster, or enemy champion he receives either 1, 2, or 3 "Coins" respectively. Collecting 100 "Coins" will grant Mario an additional "1-UP."
Mario can only possess a single "1-UP" at a time, which upon gaining he will cease collecting "Coins."
{ Q } Fireball
Mario launches a ball of fire from his hand which will bounce along in the direction of the pointer at the time for up to five bounces or until it hits a unit, to which it deal 30/40/50/60/70 (+ 30% AP) magic damage

{ W } Super Mushroom
Mario consumes a special red mushroom to toggle this ability. When toggled on, Mario grows to an enormous size (triple his normal size) while gaining 100/150/200/250 armor/temporary health and losing 30/45/60/75/90 movement speed. When toggled off, Mario gains 50/55/60/65/70 bonus movement speed for five seconds.
Mario performs a spectacular jump up and through the air before crash landing on the ground at his destination with a mighty stomp which deals 100/135/170/210/245 (+25% AP) magical damage to all enemies within range of him.
This ability benefits from a cooldown reset and half mana cost refund upon killing an enemy champion
Cost - 50/70/90/110/130 Mana Range - 700/700/700/700/700 (maximum) Cooldown - 10/10/9/8/8 seconds
{ R } Mario Finale
Mario glows for 1 second before unleashing a spiraling twin-wave of powerful flames in a line in front of him, dealing 150/250/350 (+70% AP) magic damage to all enemies it hits and pushing them back along to its maximum length.
Cost - 100/110/120 Mana Range - 1200/1400/1600 Cooldown - 60/80/100 seconds

Passive - Eternal Destruction
Galacta Knight's basic attacks set the target ablaze, dealing 10/20/30 damage plus (20% AP) over 3 seconds.
Q: Rain of Blades
Galacta Knight summons energy swords from the sky, dealing moderate physical damage in a selected area.
W: Space Storm
Galacta Knight calls down the wrath of space, dealing heavy magic damage in a short radius around him.
E: Shield Pulse
Galacta Knight fires a wave from his shield, dealing light magic damage to enemies it passes through. Attacks that make combat with the pulse are absorbed and add to its damage.
R: Universal Charge
Galacta Knight charges forward, impaling the first person he comes in contact with. This deals heavy physical damage stuns the person hit for 3 seconds, and boosts Galacta Knight's AS by 50% for 6 seconds.
Whenever Jubileus is about to die, she enters into an invulnerability state for 3 seconds. She consumes all of mana and regain health equal of half of all the current mana consumed.
Q: Tendril Strike
Jubileus' ribbon-like golden tendrils slam into the ground around an area, dealing damage and slowing enemies by 30%.
W: Galactic Shear
Jubileus throws three sets of spiral galaxies in a line to deal damage to enemies.
E: Cosmic Punch
Jubileus punches at an opponent three times in a cone. Jubileus can punch again the second and third times within 4 seconds. The third punch deals twice the damage.
R: Celestial Sphere
Jubileus traps all opponents in a translucent orange orb. Allies trapped in the orb gain 50 magic and armor resistance. All of Jubileus' other abilities gain additional effect.
Tendril Strike - Jubileus forms ice inside her tendrils, slowing enemies by 60%.
Galactic Shear - The galaxies now form space tornadoes. Knocks up enemies if caught.
Cosmic Punch - Jubileus can only punch once but deals the same amount of damage as all three of her normal punches. Deals 3% maximum health damage.

Abilities:
Passive: Steadfast: After taking damage from a champion's autoattack, Lucario's movement speed and attack speed is increased by 5/10/15 and 7/14/21% (respectively) for four seconds, stacking up to three times. While at max stacks, his abilities gain minor bonus effects. (He also enters his sprinting animation.)
Q: Aura Sphere: Lucario charges an Aura Sphere, channeling for up to four seconds and having 25% reduced movement speed. After charging, he can release it, sending it in a straight line in a target direction and dealing magic damage (scales off of AD) to the first enemy it hits; any champions that move through the possible target area are locked onto, causing the Aura Sphere to change direction and bend the possible area to hit the target.
While his passive is at max stacks, Aura Sphere only reduces his movement speed by 20%, and enemies nearby him take non-scaling magic damage over time while he charges.
W: Dark Pulse: (Passive) Lucario passively exudes a dark aura, reducing the magic resistance of nearby enemy champions by a flat amount. (Active) Lucario lets loose a dark pulse, dealing magic damage (scales off of AD) in an Area of Effect around him and doubling Dark Pulse's passive's effect against hit targets for five seconds.
While his passive is at max stacks, Dark Pulse also causes a quarter-second stun.
E: ExtremeSpeed: Lucario moves at an extreme speed, appearing at a target location after half a second of channeling and dealing physical damage to a single enemy in a small area of effect. This ability can be cast two more times within ten seconds, although the second time has to target an enemy.
When his passive is at max stacks, ExtremeSpeed hits two targets instead of one in the Area of Effect, prioritizing champions.
R: Close Combat: (Passive) Lucario passively gains armor and magic resistance, as well as increased attack speed. (Active) Lucario goes into a combat frenzy, losing his armor and magic resistance but doubling his attack speed and causing every other attack to lower his target's own armor.
When passive is at full stacks, Close Combat also gives him a damage bonus.
Sometimes, when you've been stuck alone for long enough, you just have to break out into reality, with no regard for what position it may put you in. It is better to try and fail than to never try.
I remember watching Bleach back then. I watched like 140 episodes then stopped because everything in the background started to sound like Japanese. Luckily, it cleared after some tormenting years.

Abilities[/b] Special Resource: Reiatsu (Or Spirit Force). Ichigo starts with a base of 100 Reiatsu which increases with each level by 50. Ichigo's abilities use Reiatsu. While outside of combat, Ichigo's Reiatsu regenerates extremely fast. While inside combat, Ichigo's Reiatsu regenerates only when there is at least one ally with 50% health or less near him. When an ally dies next to Ichigo, he regenerates 50% of his missing Reiatsu.
Passive: Reiatsu Bulwark While Ichigo's Reiatsu is above 75%, he receives 15% less damage. While below 75% but above 50%, he receives 10% less damage. When below 50% he receives 5% less damage.
(Q)Getsuga Tenshō (Piercing the Heavens) Base cost is 50. The cost increases per Ichigo's level. Ichigo slashes the area in front of him, dealing #/#/#/#/#(+#AD) damage in a cone in front of him.
(W)Shunpo (Flash Step) Base cost is 20. The cost increases per Ichigo's level. Ichigo moves almost instantly in the direction of the cursor (The range isn't higher than Riven's shield dash). Ichigo can store up to 3 charges of Shunpo and they regenerate over time.
(E)Hollow Mask Base cost is 75. The cost increases per Ichigo's level. For 1.5/3/4/7/11 seconds, Ichigo will gain a Hollow mask which enhances his AD based on his bonus AD. Any attacks during the duration of the mask will be so brutal that they slow the enemy for 15%.
(R)Bankai Has no cost but quickly drain Reiatsu. The ability lasts until all Reiatsu is drained or cancelled and then goes into cooldown. Ichigo releases his Bankai and his Hollow powers. During the Bankai he moves with increased movement speed and his abilities are enhanced.
Getsuga Tenshō: Becomes a black Getsuga Tenshō which has 25% increased damage and range. Shunpo: Refreshes immediately and additionally slows enemies around the arrival area for 10%. Hollow Mask: The AD bonus and the slow becomes passive during the duration of the Bankai. Instead, the ability is transformed into Mugetsu (Moonless Sky) which is a penetrating skillshot that causes heavy damage and slow.
