April 25th, 23 CLE
The Yordle Lands. Cut off from most of Valoran by the Sablestone Mountains. This isolation from the majority of Valoran meant that there were little threats to the Yordle people living in their lands, except from sea.
Sara had no interest in the yordles however. She came to these lands to find something else. The isolated land also was home to many species of animals not found anywhere else, and so was a destination the huntress was interested in.
Her trip had been mostly uneventful. She came by boat from a town near Noxus, since ships from Noxus itself weren't that welcome in Bandle City due to the racism Noxians usually showed towards the yordles. A small tourist ship from outside Noxus however, was allowed.
As the boat slides into the harbor, Sara looks around. Bandle City... not nearly the size of Noxus, but still impressive considering the size of the people living in it. They were a kind and jovial people... far away from Noxian ideals of rising up through your prowess and strength. This did not make her exactly comfortable around the yordles, since she did not exactly like them as they were either.
She steps into the harbor, and looks around. She had the look of a Noxian on her. Dark hood, leather coat and dark pants combined with a bow of clear Noxian design. She would most likely not be trusted, but that did not bother her. She did not need their trust. She merely needed a permit to hunt in the woods nearby.
As Sara steps towards Bandle City, a pair of guards approach her...
((I'm gonna need someone from Bandle (looking at you Teemo) to help me with the process of getting the license by being the Bandle side of things. Okay? :3))

((Heh, alright. But wild animals probably won't be the only thing you find in our woods. But I think Titus would be the one watching the docks, not me. He'll probably send you to the Scouts when you state your business.))
((Okay guys...you forced me. Gonna turn Sara over to the Scouts soon.))
Two naval guards approach the tall dark figure approaching the docks. They have been ordered to seek out Sara because of her departure from a town nearby to Noxus. Despite being the furry childish yordles, the guards march straight towards Sara with their armor clanking and their shield swinging on their right hand.

Sara looks at the two yordles that reach a bit higher than her knees. She would have to act her best to the yordles in order to gain the hunting license she was after despite her somewhat of a dislike for the race.
She pulls down her hood, revealing her young looking face with blue eyes and short red hair, barely reaching to her jaw. She smiles slightly at the two guards.
"I was waiting for officials to appear. No doubt my outlook tells where I come from, and I understand if you do not trust me based on my home.
But I assure you, I am here for one single purpose. I wish to hunt game in the woods outside Bandle City. Your land is home to some unique challenges for a hunter. Where do I need to go to get a hunting license?"

Hunting game? Someone from Noxus wanting to hunt in Bandle? She looks fine for a human but anyone from Noxus may not be trusted. The two yordle guards look at each other, seemingly not knowing what to do. Then the guards look up to Sara.
"We'll take you to the Scouts. Follow us."
One of the guards take lead while the other maneuvers behind Sara. They will take Sara to the Scouts of the Mothership. They will decide whether Sara gets the license.

Sara nods at the two guards, merely following behind the one going ahead of her with a smirk. Amusing creatures... but they would not fit in Noxus, despite the small group that once lived there.
She looks around the city as they walk. Everyone seemed so... bright and happy. Carefree. They enjoyed their way of life yes, but being a Noxian, Sara knew how foolish such a lifestyle truly was. They did not think far enough ahead. They did not train their young early enough. They would not be able to hold back an onslaught should one arrive some time in the future, or so she thought...

Two scouts are stationed outside the gates to the area of the Mothership. When they see the naval officers arriving, both give a salute and one steps forward, directing the woman.
"Hold it for a moment. Please state your business, ma'am."
Before she answers, the scout signals for the two guards to return to the docks.

Sara looks at the scout, a slight smirk still creeping on her face.
"I merely wish to obtain a hunting license for the woods outside Bandle City, or the Yordle Lands in general. Is this where I must be to get one?"
She stands in a somewhat official pose, army training obvious as in any Noxian. A few vials of poison hang from her belt and her bow is tied to her back along with a quiver full of high quality arrows.

The first scout whispers something to the second, who immediately opens the gate and rushes inside. He then steps a bit closer to the Noxian woman and looks her up and down once before nodding.
"Hunting license, huh? Alright then, just follow me and we'll see about filling out the papers."
Turning around, the yordle leads Sara through the gate at a close distance and heads toward a building off to the right. Behind him, two other scouts have already placed themselves outside the gateway to fill in the positions, and soon the gate is closed again.

Sara follows along with the Scout, looking around at the courtyard as they walk. The Scouts of the Mothership... that was their name to her memory. The yordles were quite attached to that old hunk of metal. Another thing they would have to protect should something attack the city.
Then she ponders to herself, why is she thinking of all this? She is not a soldier, she is a hunter. Perhaps that mercenary work she did made some things get stuck in her mind... she would have to get those off her mind and focus on the hunt after she got the license. Not being focused when hunting wild beasts could easily lead to the death of a hunter.

The scout, who will be referred to as Slips, brings Sara inside and up to a yordle-height counter. Nobody is behind the counter, but through a small archway several official looking yordles are moving about with papers and keys. Slips presses a finger down on the pager, and after a few moments a female yordle dressed in a black button-up shirt with the sleeves pulled up a bit steps in. She brushes the tuft of long, white hair away from her covered eye and nods in greeting.
"Officer Delphine? Private Slips here, with a woman requesting a hunting license for the Yordle Lands. Are there any open time slots for an interview?" says the scout, saluting the yordle official.
"I see... We're a bit busy at the moment, but I suppose I can step out to interview her. It shouldn't take too much time." Delphine eyes the Noxian woman with suspicion, but she didn't have time for explanations. The woman seemed friendly enough... for now. The official steps out from behind the counter and gives Slips a salute, who returns with a salute of his own. Then Delphine turns to Sara.
"Alright, follow me to the interrog- I mean, interview chamber."

Delphine didn't turn around, but the remark made her smirk a little.
"Is that so? But wouldn't someone need a weapon in order to hunt efficiently in these parts?"
It doesn't take them very long to reach a hallway lined by several evenly-spaced doors. The official opens the first door on the right and steps into a room decorated with nothing but a desk and a chair on either side. She seats herself behind the desk and pulls some papers out of the bottom drawer, then offering the other seat to Sara.
"If you could just close the door behind you, that would be great. Then once you're seated we can begin."
