Abilities: Vince is quite good at manipulating people through speech, he has developed a fine way of persuading people into doing things they normally wouldn't do.
He is also quite good with a sword but prefers wielding two daggers instead, as they are faster and easier to use than the heavier sword.
During his time in the military he became good at sneaking which has followed him throughout his life which allows him to make an unseen entry or a silent escape.
Relationships: Swain: Vincent's employer and leader, he listens to Swain carefully and does what he asks. He has a huge amount of respect for the Grand General.
Darius: Swain's right hand, Vincent respects Darius almost as much as he respect Swain, he thinks he seem a bit too stiff.
Leblanc: The leader of the Black Rose, there seem to be something going on in between her and Swain.
High Commander Thralk: The man who Vincent believed was responsible for the death of his parents who is now dead.
Description: Vincent is about normal length, he has blonde hair and he looks in general quite young, he is quite flexible as well due to his harsh childhood and his time in the army.
Biography:
Vincent was born to the Fortier house in Noxus, Vincent's mother had a cousin who was a high commander during Noxus's invasion of Ionia. When Vincen't was sixteen his mother's cousin had been performing poorly which was threatening the family name, Vincent's parents was going to confront him about his poor planning in Ionia when they where murdered in their house by a mercenary, Vincent luckily escaped the mercenaries and hid outside in the forest, when he returned to where his house would be, he found nothing but ashes.
He searched the remains of the house, all he found was the skeletons of his parents, that day he swore to avenge them and kill the one responsible for their death.
Vincent then joined the army to see if he can find out anything about his parent's death and why they where attacked. When he joined the military he first signed up as a scout learning how to sneak and stay hidden for a long time, after that he transferred to intelligence where he'd infiltrate enemy territory and act as one of them, using what he had learned he found out that the man who killed his parent's was a mercenary leader, he then sniffed him out and infiltrated the group. When the man asked Vincent to come with him on a job he accepted, knowing this was his chance to strike back at the man who ruined his life.
When they where 5 minutes away from the location where the job was supposed to be done they passed a bridge, he took the opportunity to stab the leader in the back, he then cut the mans throat and pushed him of the bridge into the river below them.
He had now killed the man who had killed his parents.
When he was done with his education in the military he was specialized at assassinations that took place behind enemy lines, often before battles, his targets where most of the time of high rank, he also gathered information during those missions.
He goes on a lot of out-of-country assignments which Swain gives him, he was transferred Swain's battalion when he was finished with a mission he had gotten from a High Commander, Swain had taken a notice about Vincent and found is penchant for immersion quite useful, since then he has been in Swain's battalion. He was sent to Demacia to find out more information regarding the city's defenses, he has now been stationed there for two years.
