The mercenary turned and shut the doors to the lair, getting one more glimpse of the rainy outside. He mentally ran through all of the days events; Those two Scouts getting hurt by Veigar's birds, his reunion with an old friend, and getting into Veigar's circle as his apprentice.
"Just remember to bring your appetite to the table." He said, closing the doors entirely.
"I always liked to find trouble, but I never asked for this."
Upon entering, Core looked at the mess. He shook his head, approaching the fridge/freezer and looking through it. "Alright, I'll have dinner finished in about 30 minutes. While you eat, I'll finish cleaning this mess, and I'll eat afterwards. I'll call you in when it's done."
He proceeded to grab the needed ingredients and set them on the counter after clearing a spot out. While waiting for the meat to thaw, he started to wash some of the dirty dishes, mostly the ones he'd need soon.
"I always liked to find trouble, but I never asked for this."

Veigar goes to the dining room and yells to Core while he sits on the table.
"I will stay here WAITING!! so, HURRY UP with those dishes!!"
Then he immersed himself in his own thoughts... Why they went there? Why The stupid Scout wanted to talk with him? He did not need friends or help from anyone... but, now a yordle was there... an stranger... Even if was only there just to learn magic, he was helping him... Without saying anything, he kept looking at kitchen.
As he cleaned and cooked, Core felt a sense of ease. Though he wasn't sure if Veigar trusted him or not, obviously something clicked for him. He tried not to think about it as he put the roast beef into the oven. He then grabbed some canned vegetables and a few pots. Dinner was coming along swimmingly. He put the pots, now with the vegetables in them, on the stove, and turned to continue washing the baking related items.
He hummed to himself an old sailors song as he cleaned. It's been a while since he's been able to actually work in a kitchen environment instead of cooking over a campfire. It was a nice change of scenery for him.

The wizard just kept watching a clock, impatient and hungry... After a few minutes, he remembers the cupcake that he had and eats it without thinking twice ... a big mistake. He notices his error after he ate the whole cupcake
"DAMNIT!!"
Quickly the wizard runs towards the bathroom, blaming Lulu for his own mistake. Veigar totally forgot that he put laxatives in the cupcakes.
Core jumped from Veigar's sudden shout. Before he could ask what was wrong, the tiny master had already bolted. The bandit laughed a little to himself, turning to take the roast beef out of the oven. The vegetables were also ready.
Core grabbed dishware and utensils, setting the table up. He then returned to the counter, grabbing a pitcher and some herbal pouches from his satchel to make sweet tea. He continued to hum.

Veigar goes to the dining room and begins eat quickly. The tea was sweet, even if he is the Master of Evil, he is also a yordle, and sweet tastes are really good for the yordles. He says loudly to Core, who was at the kitchen
"The tea is TOO SWEET, I prefer BITTER tea"
In spite of that, the wizard drinks the tea completely and continues eating the food.
"I'll be sure to add lemon next time." Core replied without looking up.
Judging by the sounds Veigar was making when eating, he could tell it's probably been a while since he's had something that good. He finished the rest of what was on the counter and went to the table, taking a seat and grabbing a portion of food for himself.
"I always liked to find trouble, but I never asked for this."
"You will sleep in the DARK ROOM OF DARKNESS, there is no bed, but may be usefull for your training... however, if you want study, you can go to the library or my observatory at the second floor, BUT DONT ENTER TO THE LABORATORY!"
Then, the master of evil points his own room.
"you CAN'T ENTER here, is MY ROOM!!... And the lower levels of my lair are PROHIBITED for everyone... except for ME, I MADE MYSELF CLEAR?"
