After over-hearing certain Ionians about an important trip meeting at Bandle City, Ahri's curiousity was peaked at it's highest degree. Just the idea of going on an adventure to some mysterious land made her happy and very excited. After travelling for several long and exhausting days, the Fox stood by the gates of the city, who were tall and big and very well decorated, covered by a silver teint that reflected the sun's beams at a certain angle.
She walked closer and saw a little yordle on the other side, hat above his face, leaned back against the wall, just chilling. Well, since she didn't want to bother the cute furball, she decided to climb up the gates and go over the other side, where she could finally join the meeting before it's too late. The yordles around her were either admiring her, or expressing fear as they recognized the Nine-Tailed Fox who was quickly running towards the location where they held up the reunion.
At last! She entered the highly populated hall, Champions were swarming the room as well as other summoners and some random bypassers. The ambiant sound of the room was very painful, but Ahri's ears were adapted for such things. The Fox wrapped her tails around her body and elegantly wandered around until she took a seat on a chair was placed against one of the four walls of the room. She started to wonder... What was everyone waiting for? And when will they set sail to this mysterious, unknown and maybe dangerous area?
How could he have possibly seen-no, heard-him? He was so careful. The various trinkets he gathered that dropped to the ground upon sneaking past the other scouts couldn't have given him away! COULD THEY!? ...Perhaps he simply landed on a mushroom and hadn't noticed.
Without an ambient sound, Twitch spoke clearly and briefly.
"None of your business! Now quiet you little annoyance! Go away."
There was no time to be wasted. His nose went wild, twitching along with the rat's waning sanity, spiraling him into excitement. That smell, that scent! It was so very apparently, so familiar. He knew that scent.
Twitch scurried off quickly from Teemo's presence, having been found out. Whatever the scent was had his mind racing, unable to comprehend anything that swirled inside his head. Twitch hadn't bothered to even look at the yordles nor acknowledge that they were really there. He was only to cooperate, obey Singed's 'orders', to acquire his cheesy prize...
"He is here, he is here! My plan will work, it surely will, it will be perfect! Soon he'll be able to get that fool to create-"
....and carelessly speak about his intent to whomever was around him at the time. The rat's thoughts became words without his own will, mere excitement triggered a flow of incoherent responses and incomprehensible squealing.
Little did he know his objective was much closer than expected. The rat's path led straight to the Blood Hunter, scampering towards him with a blur in the wind. Twitch's body seemed to force the atmosphere to shift, a silhouetted, translucent figure approaching the werewolf as quickly as a rat without legs could. Unfortunately his excited state caused his stealthy approach to fade in and out, faint images of the rat appearing and disappearing as he moved. Twitch could not stop nor did his mind let him; his eyes were completely closed. He'd soon run into him head first if nothing were to stop him.
((I feel like my writing is too unorganized and frantic.))

Teemo was about to speak when Twitch sprang into action. The yordle quickly followed in suit, being able to keep a steady pace with the rat for a while into town. He wasn't allowed to attack, but he could at least figure out what Twitch was up to. Eventually he lost the rat's trail when he just vanished out of thin air. Teemo stopped and carefully observed his surroundings, but within the crowd of yordles it was impossible to spot where the rat had disappeared to. As a last ditch effort, the scout ran to the fountain in the center of the town square and climbed to the top, using the extra height to scout out for any signs of the plague rat.

Jon had finally made his way to the gates of Bandle City. Though he had sent quite some time walking, he felt that for an expedition such a mini-trip on itself was only going to be his conditioning for what was to come ahead. He was still a bit surprised the League had requested that he go as part of the expedition to Icathia; to him, the only reason he could think of his invitation was of his resume when it came to medical practices; that, and perhaps the capability that he had his means of defending himself. Before he left, he transferred temporary acting CMO status to the head of surgery, Alexander Kim, and finished any other business he had with the statesmen, so that the medical sector in Piltover would be able to continue smoothly as before.
His ever-present Options floated along behind him, all four emitting the usual bright orange glow that they were usually glowing. Approaching one of the guards, he asked for directions to the location of the meeting. Before he could finish, however, a scout appeared to be running towards him.
"Hello there, sir! I'm here to take you to the meeting!"
Jon nodded. "Alright, let's be on our way, then."
The two would make their way to the town hall. Along the way, Jon noticed at all the yordles simply staring at his Options. Jon wasn't surprised; as they were a recent invention, and one that only worked around him, they were not a common sight outside of Piltover. The idea of perhaps giving away this technology crossed his mind; but knowing full well their capabilities, he crossed it out. That wasn't on the important list, he thought to himself, this expedition was.
Upon approaching the town hall, Jon gave a small salute to the scout who let him there, and entered, seeing several champions having already made their way here. It felt odd to him: he seemingly was the only non-champion on this expedition. Ah well, he thought to himself. None of them were able to heal themselves, and from this he assumed was why he was requested to come. He saw his professor, Heimerdinger, and planned to meet with him, but first needed to make sure he was in the right place. Seeing a female summoner that appeared to be the head, he approached her, took off his helmet, and saluted.
Naval preparations are complete and the little admiral saluted his sailors before heading off to the town hall. Once there, he climbs up the staircase and at the same time, fitting himself so that he looks presentable to a group of people. Rumors circle around that the Prince of Demacia is here and Titus quickens his pace to try and greet all the champions before the meeting starts.
Admiral Titus Flavius is inside the town hall where the summoners, champions, and important dignitaries are ready to consult with one and another. He would sit next to the mayor or the ambassador, whichever the seating arrangements are. He takes a cup full of water and sips on it, silently observing if any more guests should arrive.

Rengar Approached the city gates his steps quiet he eyes wide open with awareness his stride with pride. He came to Bandle City because word of a expedition came to his ears and nothing more than an expedition to Icathia it was and so was his chance to finally hunt his prize trophy that he had been saving a spot for on his wall.
After dismissing Hugo, the Prince simply strode right into the town hall, walking calmly towards the meeting room. After having located the other champions, Xin Zhao in particular(whom the Prince both grinned and waved at), he located the Summoners.
Striding forward, the Prince greeted Derrick with an easygoing smile and a nod of his head. "The kid's really not that bad. A tad...rash. But that's fine, just like me." He thought, his eyes reflecting his amusement. Truth be told, he was glad there was a stronger summoner attending this meeting as all he remembered of the League's presence at the other meeting was a young woman sniveling in a corner. A disgrace to the League's power, in his eyes. After the event he allowed himself to feel bad for her, but truth be told he could hardly remember her.
"A pleasure to meet you, Miss...? Have we met?" He spoke, taking the female summoner's hand in his and lightly kissing it, cocking an eyebrow, dcuriosity etched on his face. "I trust the league's representation will be somewhat more...inspiring this time." He said, straightening his pose, with a cursory and even somewhat bored look around to the others in the room.

Vera politely greeted the newcomers in turn, bowing and smiling to each. She made her way to the seat beside Derrick, who had adopted an ever-so-slightly impatient demeanor as all the champions seemed to think his colleague was the one in charge.
Vera blushed as the Exemplar of Demacia approached. "Vera, sir. Vera Lorian."
"And yes," Derrick interrupted, getting to his feet and offering a firm handshake to the prince. "The League's placed utmost importance on this expedition. We'll see it through to the end."
Then the blond-haired man turned to the rest of the room, seeming to regain his roguish air. He grinned at the amassing crowd, clapped his hands together. "All right. Everyone please be seated. All representatives present?"

Anivia glanced around the room, noting a chair in every place. Of course, be seated. She elected to stand in the back of the room, carefully observing the proceedings. She was unsure what they might have to talk about that they couldn't as they began the long journey on foot to Icathia, but this was not her venture. If the summoners were going to control the mixed interests present in the room, they'd have to have take control swiftly. She would only add her voice to the mix if it became necessary.

Rengar stared down at a tiny Yourdle scout who was going on about guiding him to the meeting. The fact that Rengar was bigger and out of place here was little more the uncomfortable being in a room with people that were not Yordles would be a lot better then standing in the streets.

Jon nods and takes a seat all the way in the back - so as to avoid having his Options block anyone's view - next to the Cryophoenix, awaiting the summoners to give the information regarding the expedition. Normally he didn't speak much, but for something of this importance he would open up if he deemed it necessary. While waiting for the rest to be seated, he pondered a choice he had to make: he could either bring his HEAR, which would provide an impressive form of defense and give a powerful form of firepower, but would severely limit the amount of medical supplies he could carry, or he could bring his medical backpack, which would allow him to treat injuries in the most ideal manner possible and carry a massive amount of medical supplies, but restrict his defense to just his sidearm. His face showed a sign of deep thought and concentration during his decision making.
"There's only one thing that I know for sure is true: 'Truth is relative.'" -Jon
"What side you're on isn't of concern to me. What is of concern is that you're hurt, and I need to treat you for it." -Jon
"Contrary to what some believe, violence does not solve everything. In fact, it solves nothing." -Jon

Soraka heard of the dangers and could not sit by and be idol. It was her duty to defend the weak, protect the hopeless. Even though she disliked violence, she loathed the idea of void creatures slaughtering innocent people. The Star Child traveled to Bandle city with haste. She is very out of place in this town of tiny people. With her being significantly taller and with her fuzzy legs and horn. She made sure to be gracious of her host town and greeted civilians as she passed. A Bandle city guard directed Soraka to the meeting hall and she entered. Trying to be as discrete as possible with her hooves and the hard floor, she took the closest available seat.
The cruelty of one will not blind me of the suffering of many.

Rengar arrived at the city hall for the meeting late but none the less he arrived. "You know how hard it is to tell where you are going around here." Rengar being a hunter had never really been lost in his life.
