Jay sat down besides her, holding her against him and patting her on the back. "It's okay...you were young. You didn't kill them, and...well, it was in the past. And who knows?" He said, looking down at her. "Maybe if they'd been left alive, they would've killed more innocents. And maybe some higher power wanted that to happen." He smiled warmly. "I won't hold anything against you. If my parents had been killed, I may have done the same thing - hell, I may have done worse!" At that, he simply held her and rocked gently, not wanting to hurt her.
Sometimes, when you've been stuck alone for long enough, you just have to break out into reality, with no regard for what position it may put you in. It is better to try and fail than to never try.
She felt Jay's touch, it was soothing, "I'm just a huge mess, I don't understand why you want me." She put her arms around him, "I'm sorry, this was supposed to be a lot more fun if I hadn't ruined it, but I had to get that off my chest."

He kissed her head lovingly. "I want you for the person you are, not who you were. And you are a beautiful, kind, thoughtful vampire, and I couldn't want anything more." Letting her hug him, he continued to hug her back, not really caring if she cried on him or no.

She bit her lip to prevent herself from crying as she hugged him, it did nothing good except hurting herself. It felt good crying, finally a chance to talk to someone about all that had happened in her young life, she didn't want him to let go, but they had to begin walking back, otherwise the sun would prevent her from seeing another day.
"We... have to... go back.." she said in between her tears, it had gotten a little bit lighter outside, she'd guess it was around 2 or 3 in the morning. The darkness was fading slowly.

"What?" Jay noticed it was lighter. "Oh, yeah. C'mon, Marcy. Lets be fast." He would walk with her all the way to her house, clutching her hand tightly as if he couldn't let go, and hugging her when she let him. When they finally got inside, he would close the door behind him. He paused. "Well...that isn't quite the most romantic walk ever..." He hugged Marcy tightly. "...but I could care less."

She returned the hug, "I'll make up for it tomorrow." She looked at the clock on the wall, it had just passed 3 in the morning. "Now that I think about it, how about I make up for it now?" She had stopped crying a few minutes before they had arrived here, so now she wanted to do something else. She kissed him and took his hand before leading him back to the bedroom on the second floor.

Jay didn't answer, instead following her upstairs with another kiss before going into her bedroom for the rest of the night. ((We all know what happened in there...chess. Right. Lots and lots of hardcore, vampire-on-human, chess. ^_^))
Afterwards, Jay was lying on her bed, holding Marcy close against him and petting her hair softly. "Hey, Marcy?" He asked quietly, not wanting to disturb her. "I wanted to thank you. For everything, I mean."

She laid there with her head on his chest listening to the beat of his heart, she looked up as he spoke to her, "Yes Jay?", she listened to what he had to say before smiling, "You don't need to thank me, Jay. I'm the one who should thank you, you listened to me rambling about my parents, I really appreciate that." She smiled and put her hand on his cheek, "I'm only lucky Vampire.." She said with a small chuckle, "Oh that reminds me, can you run downstairs and get me a vial? I'm feeling a bit "hungry"." she asked him with a smile.

Jay sighed. "Well, your parents loved you at least. Mine were so ashamed of me that as soon as it was legal, they kicked me out of the house." He stared at the ceiling while Marcy asked for him to grab her some blood. "Uh...sure thing. Be back soon." He kissed her as he got up, pulling on his pants before going downstairs.
When he got to the fridge, he opened it wide, immediately met by several vials of blood. Closing his eyes and taking a breath, he thought to himself Just...just think of it as cranberry juice. Right. Not vital fluids. He quickly grabbed a bottle, closing the door behind him. On the way up, he paused, taking a look at the bottle. It didn't look that bad...maybe there was some virtue to drinking it. Shrugging, he popped it open and sipped at it, almost immediately gagging as it went down his throat. Nope, nope, not for him.
He came into Marcy's room, holding the vial out for her, slightly pale himself. "Here you go. One bottle of blood!" He then grinned awkwardly.

She smiled when he came back with the vial, she noticed he was a bit paler and when he talked he had a red tint on his teeth, "Trying to be a Vampire are we? Tell me, how did the blood taste?" She asked and sat up, using the bed cover to cover her bare chest with one hand and taking the vial with the other hand.
She opened the vial and downed the blood rather fast, "Aaah." she said after the vial was empty, she put away the vial and smiled at Jay, her usually white teeth was now blood red, "You know, I can make you into a Vampire if you want, but only if you really want to, it's nothing you do by impulse, you change from being mortal to immortal, age won't touch you, but you can still die."

Jay groaned. "Was hoping you wouldn't notice." He licked his lips. "Really, really salty. Kinda metallic, too. Like licking a rusty old spoon." He shook his head. "Not for me, I think." Watching her down the vial, she asked if he wanted to be a vampire. He simply shook his head. "No, I can't even stomach straight blood yet. I might like it if I were one...but no. I don't think I'm ready." He sat down on the bed next to Marcy, hugging her tightly. "Maybe one day, though. When it feels right." He kissed her on the cheek.

"The benefit of dating a Vampire, they wont turn you the first chance they get."She smiled and hugged him back. "I have never tasted blood without being a Vampire, of course that would be kinda hard for me since I was born a Vampire." She hugged him a bit tighter. "Now, what do you want to do today?"

Jay shrugged, peeking at the window. "Well, if you don't mind going out today, maybe we could buy you those high heels you were wanting. Maybe grab a bite to eat, too?" He turned back to her, not even realizing his horrible pun. "Sound good?"

Marcy looked out the window as well, it wasn't too late to get her some new shoes, "Sure, we'll make it a date then, and we'll have to eat indoors though, me and the sun doesn't really get along." She laughed a little, "Let me just get dressed, you should probably too." she said teasingly.
She got out of the bed, leaving the cover there and got dressed, she put on a shirt she thought was hers, only to have it be way too large, "I think this is yours." She said and turned around.

Jay met her gaze. "Yea...I'd guess as much." As she'd look down at him, she'd see his arm slightly stuck in the sleeve of her far-smaller top. "Sorry 'bout that." With a quick squeeze, he slipped it off and handed it back. "No problem eating indoors. Prefer it anyhow." Standing up, he grabbed his cloak, waiting to put it on until he got his shirt back. "Any places you like to hang out often? Most of the places I go are a bit far away."
