Ol' Morg's Boating Supplies
A wooden sign hangs over the creaking door to Ol' Morg's, a chipping white-paint illustration of a sailboat upon the horizon. A bell rings when the door swings open and entrants are greeted by the smell of fresh-baked bread.
Various maritime gear lines the little shop's shelves: tar and twine, sail patches and simple fishing poles. There are a few tables over by the window, at which some rugged-looking sailors sit eating the buttered bread Ol' Morg's wife sets out each morning. In truth, the shop is as much a source of equipment as it is a source of news and rumors among the Demacian low-born.

Demacian Borderlands: Rivershire
Rivershire is a small, bustling agricultural community of roughly four hundred souls, most of whom were farm labourers and Borderland Guard. The town is the center of the expansive lands Duchy of Rivershire, stretching from where the Bubbling Bog and Serpent River met, to where the River met the Howling Marsh- a long, narrow territory. It is thus sandwiched between the Borderland territories bordering those wetlands.
Rivershire, like most of Demacia’s border territories, produces agricultural products suited to the temperate, river-side climate. Surrounded by such rich bodies of water, the harvest is always good. Products include berries, wheat, barley and malt. It is also the location of Demacia’s many livestock ranches, where sheep and cattle graze.
Rivershire is also the holding of the Ravencroft family- an old family that has since moved away from the hustle and bustle of city life for the country. It is their ranches that produce the finest of demacian war horses and other beasts of burden. The frontier town has a single smithy, a hospice, a lumber mill and the town hall. It also has a trading post that deals in exotic wares from Frejlord.
The keeper of this territory is the retired cavalier Duke Eltan Von Ravencroft, a typical old Demacian who suffers little foolishness or foreign presence. Though his duties are all administrative in nature, this has not discouraged him from occasionally riding with Patrols. The Captain of the Rivershire Garrison, the Borderland Guard 5th Company, is his daughter, the esteemed Baroness Hildeguard Von Ravencroft. Both Captain and brotherhood champion, she is held as an exemplar of demacian citizenry, particularly for women. The Blue Baroness is more than royalty- she is a politician, legislator, warrior and leader, orator, mediator, judge, jury, and diplomat.
Since the Invasion, there has been a deficiency in the Guard’s ranks, as most of the Border Guard and its knights were killed during the Invasion. Rivershire’s garrison too was hit, but it maintains its officer corps, and is being spread thin across the other territories. Already, the lizard folk of the Bubbling Bog have become aggressive and attack Demacian artificial wetlands. The arrival of the Shadow Isles also stirs the dead to rise from the Howling Marsh, while the enigmatic Marshes of Kaladoun have yet to reveal its secrets.
Rise forth, riders With blade, spear and fire
deliver justice upon a steed of wrath; the red dawn light our path!
To mine enemy's end I ride, to my king victory and pride
To the end of our days and hopes, to the moment evil does close!
Sing the last praise, our swords unsheathing crash into the enemy, their bodies breaking
Ride out our Ruin, Ride unto Glory, Ride for Demacia!-Cavalier's Creed

Dunwall Estate
Prior to the League's creation, House Dunwall was one of the most influential and powerful houses in the aristocracy of Demacia. Ever since the House's rise to power in 204 BLE, the House had gained many allies, yet few foes. House Dunwall had very strong ties to House Lightshield, which had been declared the royal bloodline, and many other Houses as well. To top it off, one of the fanciest estates imaginable was in their control.
After the supposed disappearance of House Dunwall's family bloodline, their estate fell into disrepair. It was not destroyed, and simply sealed off as a historical site. However, in early 23 CLE, Gillam Dunwall, the previous heir of House Dunwall, returned after being freed from his timeless prison of ice. Jarvan IV, the prince of Demacia, granted him a partial area of his family's former land. With this decree, House Dunwall was back in business, and so was its estate.
Dunwall Estate doesn't nearly cover the area it used to, but it is still pretty sizable. The exterior of the estate looks just as posh as it had over 100 years ago. Colorful flowers and other decorative bushes line the perimeter of the building behind a small yet imposing wooden fence. The front entrance sports a fountain of a Demacian soldier, which is surrounded by more plants. Two dark blue House Dunwall banners are hung up on the main wall. A small yet elegant wooden door marks the entrance to the main hall.
The main hall is nothing too lavish, but is still pretty nice. A gleaming silver chandelier hangs above a blue carpet decorated with the House Dunwall crest. A small team of loyal servants is often busily rushing around the main hall, as it connects to every other room in the house. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, and a small trapdoor indicates the entrance to the cellar.
On the main floor, the servants quarters, dining hall, and kitchen are found. The dining hall is very similar looking to just about every dining hall in Demacia. A blue carpet decorates the floor, and elegant lights adorn the wide walls. Gillam usually eats here alone, but doesn't spend a lot of his time in this room. During parties or large gatherings, the dining hall is the most crowded room in the estate.
On the second floor, Gillam's master bedroom is the first site one would see after traveling up the staircase. Several guest bedrooms are adjacent to the master bedroom, as well as Gillam's study. In the master bedroom, an elegant four poster bed lies in the center of the room. Paintings of the Demacian country side line the walls, and a small but messy desk sits in the left hand corner. Gillam prefers to do all of his work on this desk, and seldom uses his study. In a locked safe found in the right hand corner is Gillam's pendant, which is one of the only things from his era.
"No matter the era, I am Demacian, through and through."

Raining Petals Flower Shop
In a rather sizable house at the northern end of Demacia's central market is the Raining Petals Flower Shop, The shop itself is located on the main floor while the Rainsword family residence is located on the upper floor. The interior of the shop is filled with tables which during the day would be lined with an assortment of fresh flowers both in bouquets and prepared for replanting, there is also a small cart that is wheeled out on nice days to display an assortment of flowers outside the shop. The shop is run by the Rainsword family and on weekends the families beautiful daughter can be seen tending to the flowers.
The Upstairs of the house being the residence of the family has two main bedrooms along with a small dining room with a stove in the corner and shelves lining the opposite wall where the families food and dishes would be stored along with a small sink for cleaning.
