"Hmph, that beast will freeze before he reaches our people. Freljord is not a place for the weak." He said as he glanced at Darius. "Even if it does reach our city, me and my barbarian have been on the mood for a good hunt." Tryndamere looked around the table. "I refuse to work with these Noxian's, and where is Demacia? The prince is probably hiding behind is walls."

Singed was filling in Warwick about the motive of the meeting and the occurrences that had happened when he heard Trynadamere.
"It seems that you haven’t been eaten alive by the creature of the void enough times on the field. There are many adjectives to use to describe the creatures from the void and the void altered human, but weak does not come to my mind. Your people weren’t able to fend off a couple of noxian campaigns without got toll of deaths, I suggest you to not underestimate your enemies and to not overestimate your country."

((We don't know the biology of the void creatures, they could resist cold easily or get facked by it. Plus the two void magic users can create portals to teleport (if you look at malz animationa all of his spells are portals to the void))

As Singed spoke, the general allowed himself a subtle smirk. He waited until the banter had died away again before proclaiming, "Noxus volunteers the services of Madame Emilia LeBlanc in the march on Icathia." Then he laid his gnarled hand over The Deceiver's delicate one, a silent signal to swallow her protests until the meeting had adjourned.

Singed heard how the selection of the voluntaries started and knew that only one person from from Zaun reunited the right characteristics for such trip. "Warwick I know for personal experience that if you go that that expedition it will not be a waste of time. If you go I will pay you all your expenses plus you normal price."

As the meeting went on, some inside the room might notice a sense of fear not caused by the escaped Void beast. Others might feel a sudden chill go down their spine. A few seconds after this, all light would cease to exist in the room, followed by the haunting laughter of the Eternal Nightmare.
"The denizens of the void are the least of your worries, for now I am free." Light would then begin to slowly flood back into the room, but the coldness left behind would stick around for a while.
"All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream."

The first to break the silence was Singed and what he said was directed at the summoner that was in charge of the meeting. "Well any other breach on your security we should know about? Maybe Fiddlesticks will throw us a surprise party."

When the lights go out, Teemo is immediately on top of the mayor, ears scanning for any noise. When he hears Nocturne's voice he shivers for a moment, but his mind shifts into survival mode and he's prepared to guard the mayor. He doesn't move when the lights go up.
"This isn't good, ma'am... it seems the Institute is being threatened by someone at least."

Swain glared at Vera as the lights returned to the room. "This is utterly preposterous: a clear demonstration of the inability of those in power to maintain stability." He gritted his teeth, quickly scanning the faces around the table.
"In light of such atrocious misconduct," the general growled, "Noxus demands that the city-states be granted utter sovereignty under threat of war--or at least until the League can prove itself worthy of its power. We require complete freedom to take the measures necessary in defending our lands and peoples--without the interference of incompetent summoners."
Xin Zhao has been staying silent the whole time, keeping the same look he had since he first entered, while he did want to speak. He decided it would be best not to. He was already it appears burdened with the task of relaying what has been occurring to both the prince and king, and who knows what they had planned or would want to do in this situation.
((Damn them, damn them both! And no one saw my oopsie, NO ONE))

Warwick waved off Singed's proposed payment plans, he'd already decided to 'volunteer' himself. "The bureaucrats will pay me well enough for keeping the purple beast away from the city, rest assured." He said gruffly before standing up, leaving a few scratch marks in the chair surface where his claws touched. "Heck, if we're lucky I'll bring his bleeding carcass back to your lab, I can tell you'd be very interested in void anato-" he stopped mid-sentence.
The stench of fear had filled the room before he noticed, and his hackles raised slightly. Nocturne's mocking laughter soon followed, familiar to his ears from many a day on the fields. The Nightmare had barely finished delivering his message before Warwick leapt from his position, dashing down and grabbing the summoner woman by the collar.
"I volunteer" he growled, then pulled her closer, his flaming red eyes boring into hers. "Now where's his chamber?" Warwick snapped, if Nocturne was already free then time was precious.
Tryndamere didn't like the idea of working with Noxian's, but he didn't like the idea of a giant void creature devouring his people even less. "If you need volunteers then I suppose I will go." As he was speaking Nocturne appeared. *Sigh* "More breaches in your security I assume."

Vera paled when the Blood Hunter entered the room. As far as she knew, he had not been sent for. And the lead Chairman of Zaun was absent. What did this say about the balance of power in the east? But she barely had time to ponder this when the room went black, for a moment awash with terror as Nocturne spoke. As he laughed, she collapsed in her chair, shoulders shaking, eyes wide.
She was speechless as the room swam back into view, its tension renewed, mixed now with something darker. Her eyes wandered from Scout Teemo, on guard over his Mayor, to Grand General Swain as he issued demands on behalf of his country, and finally fell to the silent Seneschal and the empty chairs to his right and left. She trembled, "I-I-I... Do not have the power to address such a request."
