July 13, 23 CLE
Dr. Mundo was at his wit's end.
He was a chemist, no great inventor of technology, as much as he believed himself to be. He was best in his fields that others were not, and seeing that his last invention had ultimately blown a fuse, he needed someone to help him make his dream-vehicle come true, and he needed the best.
Dr. Mundo had walked outside into the open air of smoggy Zaun, dressed normally (for the Doctor) mind you, his cleaver and several filled syringes hanging from a belt around his waste. The giant purple gorilla walked his way to the home of Viktor, the Machine Herald.
He didn't frankly care how much this would cost; he wanted to travel, and Viktor had the means and the know how. Before the door of Viktor's residence, Dr. Mundo hammered loudly against the door, perhaps leaving a Mundo-sized dent or two.

Andrei had been sitting around the lab when the knocking, no, the banging on the door rang out into the lab. He woke up from his slumber and looked around him, "What the..." Andrei said and walked out on the laboratory floor, rubbing his eyes before raising the mask to cover his face. He moved to the front door which had two dents in it, bulging inwards. "What the fuck?
Andrei opened the door and was greeted by a big purple thing, he assumed that it was that which had caused the dents in the door, he looked at him through the mask before lowering it again to get a closer look, "What the fuck?" He said and reached out his hand and poked with his index finger at the thing's chest, it felt fleshy. What he was poking on was Dr. Mundo's chest, not that he knew who he was poking at, as he never was that interested in the league, he had only seen a few matches through out his life, but none with this thing in it.

Dr. Mundo expexted Viktor, but this was not him. Instead it was another, one of his acolytes, Mundo thought. Mundo wasn't entirely sure, but the little human poked him in the chest, thoroughly confused given the amount of cursing he was doing.
The Doctor did several things, all in this order.
First, a single, overwhelming finger reached through the door, poking at the man's chest. But it did not stop poking, and rather pushed the man back a few feet.
Secondarily, Dr. Mundo entered, sliding it to the side until he was fully inside the entrance of Viktor's abode.
Now Dr. Mundo could get a better look at whoever poked him, and vice versa for the one who poked Mundo.
"Graah, Mundo looking for Viktor. Is Viktor here?"
Dr. Mundo turned to realize he had left some rather sizable dents in the door, where to it he punched them in the opposite direction, holding the door as to not inflict more damage than had already been done. It was... relatively flat, much closer to how it originally was.

Andrei looked at the beast in front of him as it raised its finger and pushed him back, he looked at it with confusion, what was this thing? He kept his eyes on it as it made its way through the door, quite stunned and not knowing what to say, he pointed backwards in the lab. "Ehm... Viktor is in the back..." He said and raised his mask again, in case the thing that called itself Mundo decided to poke him again.
He watched as it turned around to "Fix" the door that had been dented. Andrei took a step back, deciding he didn't want to be too close to it, "I-it's okay... I guess." He turned around and began walking inwards towards Viktor's office, "I'll lead you to him" Andrei said as he walked, expecting it to follow him.
"VIKTOR, YOU HAVE A VISITOR... I think" He shouted as they got closer to the office.
Viktor had been sitting in the office with his attention fully invested in some blueprints he was working on, which currently were in their fifth iteration. He had days like this, when he wasn't able to draw the perfect design that could meet his expectations. At these times he often struggled to attempt to revise them again and again, and again, until he could finally have them proper. He was getting rather frustrated, and indeed was rather disgruntled, when he heard his subordinate calling out to him as he drew nearer to the office. Letting out a long breath of exasperation, and defeated by his design, he pushed himself to his feet and went to the door. "Andrei, I am extremely hard at work on some designs, so if my visitor is not important-" he called back as he opened the door to the room, only to stop when he looked past Andrei at the purple monster known as Dr. Mundo.
Viktor's silence lasted for a full minute before he addressed the good Doctor before him. "Ah, welcome to my laboratory, Doctor. I trust your trek through Zaun was not too difficult? I would offer you something but I do not require sustenance as most others would. For this, I apologize...."

"Hello Viktor!"
He waited for a reply, but none came.
"Viktor?"
Dr. Mundo was thoroughly confused. He didn't know what he did, but he literally froze in place. Dr. Mundo tried a few things to rouse Viktor from his state.
He waved his hands over Viktor's face, poked him in the head, until Viktor finally spoke.
"Graah, is ok, Mundo enjoyed the walk."
Dr. Mundo took a seat on a nearby stool.
"Mundo want to comission Viktor. Mundo need a vehicle."

Andrei looked at the two as they conversed with each other, "I'm just going to... Ehm... Leave..." He said and began walking towards where he had been sitting earlier. He'd go there unless Viktor or the big thing told him to stay, otherwise he'd soon leave.
Viktor looked to Andrei as he left, moving out to converse with Dr. Mundo more comfortably. The office was too small for the hulking Zaunite to fit in, after all, and Viktor did not want anymore damage done to his laboratory than was necessary. "Do take care, Andrei. You need not concern yourself with our affairs." That was all he said to his follower before turning his attention fully to his visitor.
Although his eyes and face were hidden behind a visage of steel, the mechanized Zaunite leveled a scrutinizing gaze at his larger counterpart. "So. Doctor. You require that I construct for you......a vehicle, of some sort. Do you happen to have some design in mind, or are you allowing some lenience with how its details?" Dr. Mundo would note that Viktor made no mention of being unable to build the machine, which would mean that the Machine Herald was quite capable of doing so. The only question was details, the overall appearance and of course the functionality - all of these Viktor would take into account, but he wanted to hear from the client first.

"Mundo is relatively lenient on how Mundomobile look like, but Mundo have a few things Mundo want it to have."
The Doctor pulled out a syringe held onto a belt around Dr. Mundo's waist. He unscrewed the lid to this syringe, and inside was a piece of paper. The Doctor unfolded it, and revealed it to be a written-out list of things Mundo would want in his "car".
"Mundo think Viktor find everything he needs here."
The list read as thus, in legible and fully structured sentences quite foreign to Mundo's normal manner of speech.
Mundomobile Requirements: -The body should be painted a dark purple hue, with black striping and light blue flames.
-I intend to use it for long-distance travel, and as such it must be equipped to traverse both land and sea. I considered air travel, but just land and sea will do.
-It should be stocked for travel (water, food, ect.).
-I don't particularly mind what the vehicle ends up looking like, just as long as it screams "Mundo" (I'm sure you understand).
-I don't particularly have a preference as to how fast it can go. I would imagine that the slower it is, the less energy would be required to run it, so something that goes at a decent pace would be preferable, and speed would be appreciated, but not necessary.
-Whatever it ends up looking like, I'd also like it to be convertible. There's nothing quite like riding on top of something with the wind in your hair as you drive along.
-I'm sure you can get this done, so I will pay for whatever expenses are required for the vehicle and the fee for your services.
Viktor took the paper and read over the list thoroughly, taking care not miss even a single pen stroke. He noticed that the grammar and sentence structure were more sophisticated than one would think coming from a seemingly simple minded man like Dr. Mundo. Then again, Viktor knew this man to be equally brutal and brilliant, so he concluded that despite his manner of speech the doctor was quite literate, or at the very least could write properly. Once he finished it, he considered the myriad of possible designs he could create for this hextech vehicle. Regardless, the larger Zaunite was awaiting a response from him, so he thought it best to say something to appease the Madman of Zaun. "Yes, doctor. I do indeed have everything I need here. I can assure you of top quality and ease of use, and that I can even finish this vehicle within a week's time. The only matter we need discuss further, is that concerning of payment. I believe 500,000 Valors would be sufficient for the materials I will need."

"500,000 Valors? Mundo can pay that."
The Doctor pulled another piece of paper from the syringe, clicking the top of the syringe. Apparently it was a giant pen for Dr. Mundo's massive fingers.
Mundo was about to start writing on the paper, which if Viktor noticed was a blank check, when he suddenly stopped, and lifted his head up to look at Viktor.
Viktor looked to Dr. Mundo as he tilted his head to one side, bemused at the question he had asked. But either way, he needed the money to purchase the supplies he would need to build the behemoth of a vehicle that had been commissioned. "Either or, it doesn't matter as long as I should be able to use the money to obtain the....building materials." The cyborg folded his arms across his chest and lowed his masked head a bit as he seemed to contemplate something for a moment, finally perking his head up and looking to his client once more.
"Doctor, do you wish to pick up your completed vehicle or do I have your permission to deliver it directly to you?"

Content with Viktor's reply, Dr. Mundo's sausagesque fingers surpisingly worked well coordinated fine motor functions, filling out the particulars for the amount of money his iron compatriot was asking for. Finished after a minute or so of filling out the information, the Doctor rose from his seat, handing the check to Viktor.
As for his inquiry...
"Mundo pay money alone to see Viktor drive to Mundocorp. Mundo be waiting."
Before the metal man could begin to protest, Dr. Mundo had turned on his bare heel, removing himself from Viktor's facilities. The Machine Herald had a lot to do, and one hell of an order to fill.
As was agreed to, seven days later saw a behemoth vehicle quickly approaching the main building of Mundo Corp, a truly wondrous marvel of techmaturgy that proved the skill of its creator and made its intended recipient quite clear by the done-well-enough purple paint job it bore. Coming to a stop in front of the building, the top split apart horizontally before slipping vertically into the chassis of the vehicle, revealing the driver to be none other than the Machine Herald, sitting upon the rather spacious driver's seat with an equally spacious passenger seat adjacent and a rather generous seat behind them for three more passengers. The roar of the engine, which was located in the back as Viktor felt it would allow the good doctor to better enjoy the air rushing through his hair without the exhaust from the pipes coming out of it to bother him, was loud enough that even those inside the building could hear it. The smoke billowing out of the exhaust pipes in the rear made it known that it was combustion-based engine, but what it used for fuel could not be made certain. The engine's roar was pushed to a high volume one last time before Viktor decided to kill it, shutting down the mechanical innards of the vehicle as it lost power.
The Machine Herald climbed out and over the mechanical monstrosity which would be a perfect fit for its owner-to-be, until his feet touched upon the cement of the sidewalk and he was upon solid ground once more. He stood motionless near the behemoth of metal, taking a moment to regain his bearings before approaching the fortress that was known to be Dr. Mundo's personal laboratory and home, though he might not need to even knock on the front door to alert his client to his arrival if the roars of the engine were loud enough to be heard beforehand.

Dr. Mundo was eagerly anticipating the arrival of his new vehicle, although he wasn't sure when it would arrive. He was riding up the elevator; having spent arduous hours inside the depths of his laboratory working on ideas and more forms of self-modification, the Doctor needed a break. He waited patiently for the dull vibrations of the visible parts of the lift to stop, yet... they still shook.
His floodlight eyes darted to and fro, confused. As the metal doors slip open in response to his ascent to the ground floor, the vibrations were now greeted and intermixed with the sound of roaring; a machine's roaring. Something was pulling up to the main office.
Could it be...?
Dr. Mundo's footsteps were slow at first, tentative, yet as the monstrous locomotive started to show itself, Dr. Mundo's pace quickened, until he found himself breaking into an all-out run.
His receptionist's eyes darted upwards.
"Wait, Dr. Mundo! Don't break the-" *CRASHSMASHBOOM*
"... ~sigh~, nevermind."
What was left of the door's frame was hung around the Doctor's thick and short neck, bits of glass embedded into his flesh, but he frankly did not care; he couldn't feel the pain. He knew bits and pieces were in his back, but the customary receptors of pain therein had long since been unable to send their information to the brain of the Doctor, informing him of the hurt his body was under; his experimentation's of oh so long ago had worked, and were still working soundly.
His black, glossy hair was blown back by the roar of this large, loud, beautiful piece of work. If the Doctor customarily wore a smile on his face, today, it was genuine. The hood of this mechanized monstrosity opened up, and out of it came The Machine Herald himself.
Mundo's day was made.
As he stared as this large, imposing, amazing piece of work, and back to the Machine Herald, the Doctor... began to laugh. This wasn't a laugh that Viktor had heard before, because few were the times Dr. Mundo felt truly, truly happy. At this very moment, laughing happily, looking at his Mundomobile, Dr. Mundo felt like a child opening up his presents at Snowdown. He laughed for a while, looking at his new toy, thinking of all the things he'd do with it, and calmed his laughter to a... a truer smile than the one Dr. Mundo usually wore.
"Viktor... you outdo yourslf... you do Mundo good..."
Congratulations to Viktor were in order. His client received his item, and he was more than happy with it.
