Viktor's expressionless visage shifted its attention to the elongated sword as the girl before him, introducing herself as Narra, brought it forward. Its length was impressive, and its aesthetic made it seem with 99% certainty that it was an Ionian styled weapon. Such a fact didn't matter to the Herald, however, as the girl then went on to introduce the tiny fragile creature that accompanied her - which was named Savion.
The Machine Herald said nothing, instead choosing to listen intently to the young woman's words. His reputation preceded him, which was not really a surprise, as she had heard of his capabilities and made it clear that she desired his services. This itself was a good thing, as the more clients he successfully managed to cater to the more his status would improve, until the people of Valoran would see his brilliance and perhaps consider his appeals of integrating one's body with technology.
Viktor gave a simple nod at Narra's request. "You have heard correctly. I can indeed do anything from augmenting an individual with artificial substitutes for their anatomy or even vastly enhance an existent weapon's functionality." He then extended his right hand, palm facing upward, as if expecting her to place something upon it. "The only question, then, I ask of you is what, if any, conditions do you require of my improvement of this blade?" The inquiry was simple and professional enough, as Viktor sought to know the details of the nature of the service he was asked for.
Narra listened to the metallic man, studying him and his actions while marking every word. The girl's expression was unreadable under her masked smile. She replied when the scientist finished with a smile and a cheerful tone. "Good." Narra handed the sword to Viktor's open hand and continued. "I'd like to motor this weapon. As of late Runeterra became even more dangerous. The use of magic is expensive and I do not want to expand my resources just for lifting the sword harder. A motor would make the sword easier to swing while making it hit harder... I think. Can this upgrade also be made on my bow?" Narra takes out her metallic longbow and shows it to Viktor. Then, an idea popped into her mind. "Do you know where I can get augmented arrows? With different tips?"

Viktor regarded the sword for a moment as he heard the specifics that the girl asked for, inclining his masked head ever so slightly in a seemingly interested manner. "A motorized sword.....and bow....it could be done, certainly. It would not be beyond my capacity to make such improvements. Perhaps a reversed fan attachment could reduce the effort necessary to swing it, while simultaneously increasing its momentum to improve its cutting force...." The Herald seemed to be speaking more to himself than Narra, but nonetheless he showed a hint of his dedication to his craft.
Hearing Narra's last question, Viktor raised his head to look at her and answer to the best of his ability. "I don't know of anyone here who specializes in such a thing. You are welcome to look into it yourself, although I wouldn't mind including augmented arrows for your use for only a bit more."

The Machine Herald, hearing the Glorious Executioner's voice, made his way from the office in the back and through the space spanning between them with a brisk pace. "Ah, Draven, to what do I owe the honor of this visit?" he greeted with a tone that was equal parts curious and incredulous. It wasn't every day that a celebrity like Draven paid him a visit, and far rarer due to the fact that they had vastly different work ethics. The executioner was a showboat, a man who thrived on attention and exhilaration, making himself a spectacle for no reason other than because he craved attention. Viktor, on the other hand, was far more pragmatic and set in his preference for efficiency of appearance, showing no interest in flashy or otherwise flamboyant activities.
He now stood no less than two feet away from the Noxian, whom he regarded with a stoic stare of his expressionless metallic visage.
