"Party pooper"
Jax whispered to himself about derrick,it was so tempting to beat him with his lamppost just like back before when a summoner told him of his restrictions on his first time on the league and He himself responded with chasing him with a lamppost he ripped from the ground.
He strangely had a large backpack on his back, with some kind of large object with in,what is on it is a mystery itself.
He walked into the front of the group near pantheon,Sivir and Jon,looking around the area in case of any ambush.
Pantheon quickly surveyed the group around them. They were four for the time being, likely to grow sometime in the near future. He quickly came up with a plan of action, and while the group continued to march onward, he spoke, his tone of voice deadly serious.
"We will need at least something of a plan if we wish to encounter any success. I say, the Armsmaster here and I lead the line. Battle Mistress and the medic stay ten paces behind and support the front line. We communicate, fight cohesively, as a group, or we may just as well kill ourselves now. Unless anyone has a better plan, I say we use mine."

Jon saw Jax catch up, then heard Pantheon give out a plan, to which he nodded.
"Agreed, but one thing: try to stay behind the line of vision my Options are giving right now. We want to be able to see what we might go up against too," he added.
As if on cue, the Options then powered up their lights to their most powerful settings, which reminded one of a rather strong searchlight. However, due to the darkness that was the void, even that didn't give too much. It was enough to illuminate a good fifty feet ahead of Pantheon and Jax, however.
"There, we should be able to at least have a good few seconds to see what might come for us ahead."
With that being done, Jon rolled the telescopic sight onto his rifle, and now kept it out, ready to engage anything that might attack.

"Herm?" Heimer woke up at the sound of the summoner's voice. "Here already?" He rubbed his eyes before putting his goggles on and preparing his contraptions. He stretched and yawned loudly before hopping off the cart. He strapped his turret to his back with a leather belt, loaded his guns and stored the grenades in one of his labcoat's pockets. Then, he catched up to the group.

Rather than move ahead with the others, Teemo stays behind and moves over to Derrick and the yak.
"If anything we should bring our transportation somewhere that it will be safe while we're gone, assuming we come back this way. Maybe bring it back down the path aways and find a grove. Also, since not everyone has moved ahead, and there are two summoners here, maybe you should go on with the first squad and Vera here can be in charge of the second, until we're all in one party again."

Ahri was merely involved in what was going on, she was more of an observer and an adventurer seeking for something from these lands, but what could it be? She herself didn't know but something has forced her to come here. The Fox listened closely to Pantheon's plan and nodded without saying a word, and decided to follow the group and stay behind just to keep an eye on their back.

Derrick seemed a little surprised by Teemo's business-like address, his sensibilities. Admittedly, he had not spent much time with Yordles, but he'd always thought them to be a silly folk, not tactically minded or steely in the face of such cosmic danger. He nodded, overcoming his surprise. "Right. I didn't want us to have to break into two parties, but it looks like we don't have much choice." With a glance at the gentle Vera, he added, "I'll take the headstrong ones," and marched down the dune, purple robes billowing in the unnatural wind.
Vera glanced back over the party members still nearby, then turned to watch Derrick descend with the other fighters. "We'll pull the cart back down the other side of the dune," she said in an uncharacteristically direct tone. "Anyone have a stake? A pole or something? I can bind it to the sand, so that Mickey doesn't run off with our water and food." She attempted to stroke the yak's nose, but it was still so spooked that it brayed, backed away from her.

Anivia descends upon the small caravan quietly, only a great rush of cold air to announce her return. She makes her way to Teemo and Vera with her own report to make. "The clouds surround the entire city, blocking everything from view. There is no natural force that can cause a storm like this one... Not even I could dispell it." It was worse than she had dared to imagine. The earth and sky trembled, as if stretched to their very limits. The mana of the land was warped and chaotic: here the elements of the world had failed. What was left was the void. She turns back towards the warriors who had moved ahead, as if trying to pierce the unknown. "Whatever evil has made this place home, we approach it blind. Let us move the animal quickly. I see very little reason to split up our forces any more than is necessary."

Sarah had been simply walking in the back before she moved to the front. Shock and Awe in hand "I say we show them what they're messing with" she said with a smirk, twirling both guns in hand

Jon noticed all of the others who came along with the group and gave a small breath. With so many, they appeared to be more of a group of individual mercenaries than a true unit... but then again, were they ever supposed to be a unit in the first place?
"Let's not get trigger happy here," he muttered to Fortune, still aiming down his HEAAR. "We have no idea what the Void's going to throw at us, and I'd rather we not show what we can do just yet."
The Options were still floating somewhat above everyone else, illuminating the pathway ahead that they were walking on. Jon didn't reveal their other capabilities yet, but he figured it'd be best not to for now... after all, he might it later.
"There's only one thing that I know for sure is true: 'Truth is relative.'" -Jon
"What side you're on isn't of concern to me. What is of concern is that you're hurt, and I need to treat you for it." -Jon
"Contrary to what some believe, violence does not solve everything. In fact, it solves nothing." -Jon
Destroy them. Cho'gath observed the void army. They funneled themselves into portals that led to their respective..staging areas. Other took positions around Icathia to defend it from human interference. The main portal shimmered and grew larger, allowing more void troops to pour through..all larger than the last. A twisted mass of terrifying creatures.
" You champions resist the void, but it will consume you." His voice shockwaved to the surrounding areas.
A group of 50 small void lings snuck up upon the champions. they were small and would pose no real threat to this group, but Cho'gath gambled it would make them turn back.
" Feasssttttttt!" And the expedition was set upon by creatures half the size of a human. With scythe like claws and the hunger to consume them all.

Jon had heard Cho'gath's voice, and slightly shook his head. Taunting wasn't something that mattered in this situation.
What did matter, however, was the first attack, and one of his Options gave out a very loud alert ring, signalling that there was an unknown being nearby. The next moment, he heard "feast!" and turning around, he saw what appeared to be 50 or so creatures, all with claws.
"We got hostiles on our rear! A good fifty or so!"Jon shouted to everyone in the group. With that, he aimed down his HEAAR and began to open fire. His Options did not join in the firing, for it seemed with the other champions, they wouldn't be necessary... for now.

Teemo pulls a metal pole out of his pack and jams a barbed dart into the end of it, about to hold it out to Vera when his ears twitch and his entire body freezes. He could tell that the group ahead had just ran into trouble, and there was no time to waste. Quickly, the scout reaches into his pack and pulls out a handful of a sweet smelling grass, taking hold of the reins of the yak without warning and using the grass to hopefully catch the animals attention so he could lead it back down the path and then stake it down.
"They know we're here. I'll handle the animal, you all get going and help the others. Don't worry about me, I'll catch up."
