Abilities: Vari has an inherent ability to learn things much more easily than an average person(three times as fast), both physically and mentally, like use of weapons and magic, how to build things, soaking up knowledge. He is also a fast runner. Not superhuman fast, just he can run faster than an average person. He has a blue glowing hextech handgun that recharges slowly(taking around a minute to recharge after firing). The bullets shock anything hit.
Relationships: Vari’s mother and father. They both work as police, enforcing the law when they can despite their efforts sometimes going to waste. Though they love their son, they only want what is best for him and so encouraged him to make his own way in a city state that was not so corrupt.

He has a grey hooded jacket with a zipper and pull strings to tighten the hood. Despite living in Zaun for a long time, he's a very nice person, though he has issues trusting people after so long in Zaun. He doesn’t like being mean. He also doesn't like mean people. He wants to help others in need, but is afraid to try to do that in a place like Zaun. He is quick to defend his friends, even if he thinks they’re wrong. He is very forgiving.
Biography: Vari was born and raised in Zaun. His parents were nice, or at least they tried to be. They always seemed bitter, even when they were talking to him. They had lived in Zaun for a long time and gotten used to it, but they also got used to not being very emotional over things. They weren't rich, but they had all the money they needed. He didn't like living in Zaun, the difficult lifestyle and unfriendly people. He didn't get along with others very well and generally avoided other people his age since most of them weren't very friendly. Vari just kept to his home where he was relatively safe, since his parents had weapons and an alarm system.
The only time Vari ever went outside was to go to school. His parents would drive him there. Even with the limited exposure to the chemical-filled air in Zaun, his hair still began staining brown after a while.
In school Vari got perfect grades, it was the only part of living in Zaun that he actually liked. The school work was something for him to occupy his time and him having no friends helped him focus on his work too. When he wasn't in classes he just moved with the crowds, not talking to anyone. He avoided bullies simply by running away, though they rarely went after Vari. No one could catch him, and he always payed attention to his surroundings, so it was pointless.
He enjoyed learning and took extra school work so he had something to do in his spare time. He worked hard in his classes and attracted others to him for help with their work. He felt needed, which encouraged him to work harder. Though they always ditched him eventually and avoided him when they didn’t need help. He knew they weren’t his friends, but it was nice to feel needed. He developed trust issues because of this. One good thing did come from all his hard work, he skipped 2 grades in school because of how advanced his knowledge of subjects ended up.
Vari spent any spare time he had without school work reading books. He liked learning from books, it was entertaining to him. He learned a lot about hextech, having nothing better to do with his spare time, and took quite a liking to it. There was a lot to learn about involving technology in Zaun, so Vari naturally chose something involving technology to learn about.
He would see fights and kidnappings in the streets with no one trying to help, knowing he couldn't help. He wished he could help, but he had no power to do anything. Sometimes he could hear distant screams and just tried to ignore them.
At 16 years old Vari’s parents bought him a hextech handgun for protection. They showed him how to use it and set up a bullseye target by his house so he could practice shooting it. It used arcane energy and the bullets shocked anything hit by them.
With a weapon for protection, Vari occasionally went outside, for exercise and to get groceries. He just moved with crowds and ignored anyone in trouble, knowing he couldn't help.
When Vari turned 18 his parents urged him to move away from Zaun. They already had their home and the rest of their lives set up in Zaun, and wouldn't leave, but they wanted the best for Vari. He saw Piltover as an overall better version of Zaun, and wanted to go straight to there. He offered for his parents to come, but they declined.
One of the happiest things that has happened to Vari since leaving Zaun is his hair has returned to its normal black color.
Purpose: Vari's two goals will be to become high ranked in the Piltover police force, and to become wealthy and famous as an inventor.
My personal goal as Vari is to learn a bunch of things and become OP.
