Sara's choice was sound, and the tools were unable to pursue. The garden gnomes were smashed easily by her arrows, but wasting precious ammunition on fodder may not have been the best choice. Somehow, the shears were climbing the wooden bakery, chasing her down.
The coat rack was knocked aside, but being still intact continued poking at him. Garth's mana shot perforated the rug, but its body was otherwise whole, and thus still capable of attacking- recovering after the force of the blow knocked it down for a moment. punching holes in a large sheet of fabric was a poor answer.
Dani's rapier was a poor choice at best against hard wooden objects. Even if it were solid, it would only cause a small nick against the barrel and the buckets that were going for her- the barrel missed due to her footwork, but a bucket got lucky and hit Dani in the knee. Only the gnomes fared poorly, their porcelain bodies broken easily by attacks.
The racks meanwhile, unable to reach Sarah, go after Garth, their sharp raking heads intent on scratching him...
Thus far the battle was not going well for the trio, their attacks taking far too long to deal substantial damage. Unless they could improve their tactics and work together better, they might find themselves too spent fighting animate objects to finish their quest alive.

Garth realized while the objects could be immobilized they would only stop if their main body was still intact then they could still fight. Well that was most unfortunate considering how he still had the dinner table, rug, and coat rack after him. They needed a change of strategy. Bullet did no go against things that they could not penetrate or break. Regular bullets against the table for example...did him little good. The shotgun mana shell did him no good.
"Destroy their main bodies cut them in two or break them up into pieces! Danielle! Take out the ones your saber can cut the ones that are not made of thick wood, perhaps those that are made of weak metal too! Leave the thicker ones to me!" Garth barked as he ducked under the rakes that threatened to scratch him. The future detective rolled away and fired off a two quick rounds at the rakes, one went wide of its target, while the other hit the rake in the handle.
Garth knew the clip was almost empty, but he had to take out some of the other furniture like the table and barrels. He used mana to create another explosive round and aimed it at the dinner table, this time things would be different. Garth lined up the shot and pulled the trigger, and let the round fly. He did not bother to see if his shot hit, after all, how could one miss a dinner table. Then he stood and charged the barrel while changing the grip on his rifle, holding it more like a club. He stopped just short of the barrel and swung putting all his forward momentum into the swing! Surely this would be enough to destroy the damned thing.
If the barrel was destroyed then Garth would turn and do the same to the unfortunate bucket that seemed to work in concert with the barrel. Bad news for it if it stuck around by the barrel.

Sara looks at the climbing shears and shakes her head. Annoyances. As the shears get close to the roof, she stabs her hunting knife into the base of the shears again and throws them through the window of the house next door before turning to look at the scene again.
Such a mess... she did not have arrows to waste, and poison would do nothing. This would be a challenge... good.

Dani blinked, ducking before any objects flew her way. She quickly rolled out of the way registering Garth's commands. She supposed it would be alright to listen to him, he seemed sound. She smiled again.
"Dani will eliminate!" she laughed happily and loudly. She started attacking the minions with more vigor then before, happily slicing at the enemies before her.
Garth wised up to the most effective means of destroying furniture- smashing it, rather than waste precious ammunition. His effort scattered most of the animated objects, and the energy that seemed to animate them was gone. An unseen puppeteer had enough fun...
With the furniture finally smashed and scattered about, the Bakery interior awaited.

Garth let out a sigh of relief as the last of the furniture was dealt with. He took the clip out of his custom made rifle, two rounds left. He had two full clips on his belt, but after that he would have to use his mana in order to create bullets. He came really unprepared, but normally one does not expect the town to be a giant deathtrap.
Garth looked toward the bakery and then to his allies. Daniella still seemed to be okay, but they had one other person. Best to regroup before pressing on to tighter quarters. He looked up to the roof, "Hey! Come on down here! We have a better chance at surviving this if we work together." He said as he looked back to the bakery formulating a plan. Dani was their melee specialist at this point, and he did not observe the stranger much so he was unsure what her skills were. Dani however had limited use against certain objects like barrels and buckets. Objects like that Garth would have to destroy himself.
When Sara got close enough Garth would propose his plan, "Alright right now this is what I have right now. Daniella, you focus on the objects you can cut or destroy. Anything that you can't call it out and I'll take it care of with the stock of my rifle." Garth then turned to Sara, "Now tell me what are you skilled in? Then perhaps I can better use all of our skills."

Sara climbs down from the roof and quickly moved to gather her pair of arrows from the smashed gnomes before making her way to the bakery, making sure her hood covers her face in shadow and out of sight.
She looks at Garth silently for a moment, not answering until she had gathered enough about the man. He seemed to have mechanical weaponry. Zaunite? No, too clean. Piltover. Allies of Demacia. She would not tell anything about herself to him, a Noxian does not trust potential enemies.
"I'm a hunter. Bow and arrow mostly, but those will not work against these things. I can handle myself with my hunting knife as well, but I'd prefer placing traps whenever possible. That's all you need to know for this."

Garth nodded at Sara, "Alright well until we see what we're up against, I can't speak of how effective your bow will be in tight quarters. However, if there are objects you can handle with your hunting knife feel free to call them out and destroy them as you please. "
He paused for a moment and adopted a thinking pose, "Daniella you take the front as our melee specialist you ought to be able to handle yourself better then the two of us. I'll be in the middle so I can deal with any objects that you two cannot destroy with your weapons. Point them out and then move out of my way this way I can properly deal with those threats. As for you Miss...." The detective paused realizing he has yet to ask her for her name. Though perhaps their survival ought to come first. "Hunter, you take the rear. You have the perhaps the sharper senses, other than my augmented eye, and you might see or hear things we miss."
Garth removed his current clip and set up a fresh one that was fully loaded. He pulled the bolt on his rifle back bringing the first bullet into the chamber. He made his way to the door of the bakery before looking back, "Alright. You two ready?"

The doors of the bakery were unlocked, the interiors messy. The floor was cluttered with discarded utensils and cutlery, but these thankfully were not animate.
The large preparation area of the bakery also held the missing townspeople; men, women and children unconscious and wrapped in cloth, like pieces of meat. One could only contemplate the horrors of what was happening at this bakery, or about to happen.
Dough men went to and fro at the far end of the room, dragging a villager away to the... baking area. A twisted, bubbling laughter emanated from the hotter areas, while some of the dough men were tending to large, bubbling cauldrons that smelled of some kind of meat sauce, rich with tomato, onion and garlic.

Dani was excited, she could play around some more... too bad her head was hurting. It was like a giant sugar rush. She shook her head, now wasnt the time to be the weak link.
"Dani's...ready..!" She grinned, keeping a firm grip on her rapier.
Glancing inside the bakery, she saw more dough figures. The only though crossing her mind was one of complete murderous intent. Although there was very little she could do as a Melee fighter, she was still happy to play around.

Garth nodded and looked at the dough men taking people away. He wanted to jump to action, but they had to be careful, unless they want to end up like the townsfolk, "Alright, lets save these town people as fast as possible. We have the element of surprise it seems, so let us make the most of it." He said, before reminding them, Remember only destroying their main body will make sure they stay down, even then we still have a time limit."
Garth focused his mana into the explosive shell he created earlier, now would be the proper time to stop him and come up with a different plan.

More and more people were eventually being carried off towards the cooking area. Again, an audible, deep laughter emanated from there- but it was still far.
Some of the dough men climbed into the cauldrons, while another Cauldron, a new creature climbed out- a dough man, but his movements were now stiff; his body bloated and cooked to a deep brown. A large orifice and two eyes, a mockery of a face, slowly oozed the boiling sauce.
The Calzone golem slowly approached the townsfolk...

Garth saw the giant coming out and approaching the villagers, and knew that the group had to act. After all they had innocents to save! There was no way he was about to let these abominations have their way with these innocents! He gestured to the large Calzone giant and waited a for moments. His augmented eye activated and it began to look for weak points anywhere in the giant's body. However, for the first round he would assume it worked a lot like the dough men.
Once the Calzone giant got close enough the sharpshooter whispered to his companions, "Now!" He appeared from behind their hiding spot and aimed his rifle at the Calzone creature. He pulled the trigger aiming for the center mass with the explosive mana round. There was a bang as the explosive mana round launched toward the giant. Should the round hit, it would bury itself into the giant's body and then detonate.

Sara looks at the golem. Still nothing worth wasting arrows. What she could do was limited. Her knife skills weren't too good, but it was all she had to use.
However, this golem looked different from the things she had seen so far, and so she decided it could be worth testing if it's weaknesses were different as well. She quickly pulls her bow from her back and an arrow from her quiver and shoots an arrow straight towards the golem, aiming a couple of inch's down from the highest point of the golem. One arrow shouldn't hurt her at the moment.
