Laufeia froze as Udyr's words seemed to be directed at her. A cold shiver trailed down her spines as she held her ground for a few seconds before she decided to show herself, gazing upon the mighty beast man with her menacing purple eyes. Her fingers were wrapped around the hilt of Denki as she was trying to anticipate an attack, if any would occur. She felt the intimidating aura of the man and remained cautious of Udyr. It seemed like they have stepped in his territory and if it was needed she would explain what she is doing here and would leave if the man told her to do so.

He was a little uncertain of why he chose this part of the forest to relax in to be honest, and in reality he wasn't even in the forest until he saw the castle that may or may not exist and fell.
"I was relaxing in the sky when I saw something that broke my focus and made me fall here." The words came out rather easily considering he the question itself was rather simple.

Udyr stared at Laufeia for a brief moment before snorting and looking at Rainey. His eyebrows narrowed at Rainey's response, and he appeared to fall into thought. The beast man looked upwards, his nose twitched as he scanned the skies, then nodded. "You mean the floating fortress, yes?"
Slowly swinging his attention back to the man before him, Udyr grunted, "Very well."
Udyr took three steps to close the distance between him and Laufeia. Once he had done so, his palm thundered out and aimed to strike her forehead. There was no killing intent in his power, in his aura or anything of discern, therefore his attack was not as quick or nearly as powerful as it could be, but if successful, it would launch her into the air and leave a bruise on her face and possibly break her nose.
The proof that the state is a creation of nature and prior to the individual is that the individual, when isolated, is not self-sufficing; and therefore he is like a part in relation to the whole. But he who is unable to live in society, or who has no need because he is sufficient for himself, must be either a beast or a god.

Laufeia simply listened to J's inquiry while he spoke to the beast man. What floating castle were they talking about exactly? She was pretty curious about it and thought she should probably know more about it. The woman kept her guards up as she watched Udyr walk closer to her. As much as she probably anticipated it, she did not see his palm thrusting at her face and barely had the time to move away. His strike hit her cheek bone right underneath her eye and sent her flying backward in the air before she landed on the ground with a loud thud.
It was like a sledgehammer hitting her face, the pain was enormous and she could feel it swelling as her bone became completely numb. She was dazed, lying on the ground for a few seconds as she lost all of her senses, but thankfully she did not faint. A single tear left her eye as she winced, feeling the pain growing in her face as she remained on the ground, trying to understand what just happened and why. Her cheek slowly lost its red tint as a black one covered her skin and expanded towards the bottom side of her right eye.

J was a bit bewildered to say the least, Udyr had confirmed that he hadn't gone mad and he did see a castle, or a fortress... but the point still remained that he had seen it. When he turned his attention back to him he nodded and watched in awe as he flat out lashed out at Laufeia.
He remained silent and awaited an explanation, if any was to be given.

"Why are you surprised."
The beast man cricked his neck, his brow furrowed as his growling voice continued to probe Laufeia. "With eyes such as yours, why are you surprised when someone answers your challenge? If you were not caught off guard, you would have evaded our strike."
Udyr leaned down and poked at her bruise. His finger swiped downwards and cut a shallow wound beneath her eye, allowing the blood to start to drain.
"If you aim to challenge the world, expect to be answered."
With that said, Udyr stood up and cast a quick glance at Rainey, "Do what you wish," and started to walk away from the two.
