Graves smirked when she said he will help. That a demand? Luckily he has something to gain from finding the enforcer. " Do ah' got a choice? Alright. Two runners gonna be caught today, one gets ah' cell an the other a bullet."
He then turned his attention to Jayce, that egotistic boyscout of piltover. It would be a blessing to wipe the smirk off his face, but, it seems somebody else did that for him. Heard he had something going on with Vi, may be a problem in the future.
" Heh, hey boyscout. You seen fate in town? Or, er. Vi." He questioned moving to the sheriffs side.

Caitlyn would tap her chin for a moment. "You know, Jay, I would believe you, but..." She looks over at Malcom. "I'm told that apparently Vi was running through here earlier. Now. If I can believe a conman over yourself, there is a problem. When I am done with this case, I will come back, and we will have a nice, long talk." She smiles, though it was obviously a hint that he was in deep trouble.
"Now, Jay, move aside...or will I force you to move? Your choice."

Caitlyn smiles, walking up to Jayce. "Indeed it is very nice weather...I do ask, though..." She would be right in front of Jayce, although she had to look up some to look directly into his eyes. "Why do you lie to me?" She strides back and forth. "Is it because you are afraid I'll press charges if you didn't tell me? Is it because you are afraid of the truth." She stopped, walking back up to him again, until she was an inches length from his face. "Or is it because of your feelings?" She would bring up a swift knee, hoping to connect it with his groin.

Graves frowned when Jayce started stammering and saying he has not seen Vi. Thats a lie if he has ever seen one and Jayce flaunts it like a whore in Bilgewater. It appeared Cait had figured as much as well and he chuckled, hefting Destiny up on his shoulder.
" I reckon hes trying to protect her. Lets just ignore the boyscout an get on with the chase. Two gates in the future, ones me and ta' next is barred." He leaned back against a building, watching Caitlyn play rough with Jayce. " Course after yer' done showin' him whos boss." He smirked. " Wouldn't want ta' ruin yer fun."

Damnit, I suck at lying.
Jayce immediately flinched back, Caitlyn's knee making a minimal impact with his groin. He was still smiling, but it was obviously forced. He held out his hand, trying to push Caitlyn away.
"Right, right. I'm sorry. I... I'll move."
He quickly moved aside to let Caitlyn pass. It wouldn't do to disobey the law, after all.
"Do... Do I still need to have a talk with you later?"

Caitlyn laughed, shaking her head. "Jay, when I say I'll have a talk with you..." She pats his cheek. "I WILL have a talk with you. But not now, I have better things to do than waste my time speaking with you." She would look over at Malcom, gesturing as if he should lead the way. "You know where Vi went?"
Down the road, through the alleyways and onward along various routes through Piltover, Wukong made his way around. He didn't have his normal bag of peaches with him having run out after hitting up a few places along the path from Noxus.
"Hmmm hmmm.." He hummed a little to himself only to fall quiet at the sound of familiar voices. The primate turned on his heel and peered around the corner curiously at Vi and Fate as they spoke.
Escape? He thought.
Leaning out a bit more, the monkey tilted his head a bit before falling back. He'd smile cheekily as he a clone would wander out with a light whistled tune, allowing him to sneak around to the other side.
As he'd arrive, he'd let his cloak drop and smiled cheerily, "HIYA!" He announced trying to startle them playfully. "What's this about escaping?" He questioned, looking curiously towards Vi. "Are you in danger, Vi? Maybe I can help!"

Twisted Fate was a little surprised by the reply he got to question and followed ( was dragged by) Vi into an alley. Then the Enforcer went and explained what had happened, which Twisted Fate barely paid attention to (though he was only slightly concerned with the detail surrounding the murder), until she said 'I'd owe you a favor.' The gypsy's ears perked up at that immediately, a favor from Vi would really help him out in a pinch. A pinch that he would need a lot of brute force in...which Destiny seemed to inform him that he might need that at a later date.
He thought on it a bit more gently rubbing the bottom of his facial hair before nodding at Vi, "Alright, Ah think Ah could help ya', but just remember ya' owe me a big favor. N' ya' best be ready ta' put all yer' chips on the table when Ah call it in." The gypsy said as he mind began to crank out a plan of escape. The docks were simply out of the question, Vi would have been seen running through here, and Twisted Fate was undoubtedly noticed. So if anyone, like Caitlyn, were to follow Vi's footsteps they would search around here.
Fortunately, that made their pursuer's quite predictable. A sheriff and detective follow the leads to a dead end, and then they would began to guess where the suspect went off to. Thus, if Twisted Fate and Vi made the most of this, they might be able to get out of the city very quickly and before Caitlyn caught onto their trail. So perhaps an exit through the north side of the city would be the best way to escape.
As Twisted Fate was pondering this, a rather loud, not to mention irritating, monkey appeared. This caught Twisted Fate off and his hands went to his gold card when he realized it was just Wukong, who asked if Vi was in danger. The gears in Twisted Fate's mind began to turn as he thought of way to perhaps make Wukong useful. Should the monkey stay with them or would it be better to ditch him as a distraction now? There were benefits and cons to each side. If Wukong stayed with them, he would be useful as a distraction in a tight spot, but what if he were to discover that The Enforcer and The Cardmaster were running from the law? Would he turn against them, and impede their progress? Then again the Monkey King did have a playful, mischievous side.
"Acutally, Wukong, Ah think ya' could help us. Vi is bein' chased by some very confused n' dangerous individuals." Twisted Fate explained for Vi, "So we need ta' get her out of here as fast as possible, so stick with us n' we'll see what ya' can do ta' help. But we have ta' be sneaky about it, so try ta' control yer'self. So are ya' in?"

Graves huffed and took the lead, walking down the same way Vi ran. It seemed she wanted to get out fast, so what better place than the docks? He had his own share of escapes via ships of various city-states and it sure is an easy way to get out of town, well, or blasting you way out.
" I s'pose she went runnin' down to ta' docks. She was in a damn hurry down this way, ta' the ocean." He clarified in case Caitlyns mind was wandering. Heh, if her partner in crime betrays her than she will know what it was like for him. Without the time of course.
" So what better way ta' get out than a ship? I myself used ta' docks on multiple escapes from "satisfied" fellow players of cards and ta' law itself." He explained, thinking back to a few close call escapes. Good times.
" So whats this i hear bout murder? Yer' girl goin' killer now? Got ta' put down the family dog? Thats ah' shame."

Vi jumped a bit when Wukong leapt in, but didn't say anything while Fate explained it. She gave Wukong a glare, a quick scan to make sure he wasn't planning anything beyond the normal mischief. "If you are in, Wukong...just remember...any backstabbing, and I can't be held responsible for what I may do." She cracked her mechanical knuckles at that statement.
"If you are in," she said, relaxing her shoulders a bit and letting loose, as if getting ready to run again, "it'd be great. I need all the help I can get. Got a plan, Fate? Or will I be taking my favors elsewhere?"

Caitlyn nodded. "Quite possible, but...I don't think she knows how to sail. I'll ask around, though."
She would stop and speak to a few of the dockworkers to see if Vi had taken any ships out to the sea, but they all answered with a no and a confused look, but yet they had claimed to see her sprinting down, as if running from something...or someone. She walked back to Malcom. "She hasn't sailed out...but the dock workers saw her running down here, which means she's still here. I don't know why she committed a murder, but...it happened. Just got to do my job now..."
She sighed, looking around. "Where could she have ran off to..." She considered any possible signs they could have gone, then remembered that one of the workers told her that Vi had pulled a rather familiar person aside. "Fate."
She looked around for the place the person said they had seen her do it, and when she spotted it, she brought her rifle foward, into a ready stance, gesturing over there. "I think they're in there."

Twisted Fate chuckled at Vi, "Who do ya' think yer' talkin' ta'? Of course Ah've got a plan, Ah never would have made it this far without em. So here is what we do.." He began but stopped abruptly as though he sensed something. A slight golden gleam could be seen under his hat and he muttered something about 'trouble'. It seems one of his least favorite people had joined the hunt for Vi, but more specifically him.
"Fer' now we get movin', as they are already on the docks. So come on ya'all, you too Wukong, yer' with us now." Twisted Fate said as he dashed down the alley, and took the next turn he could and began to lead the way to the northern part of the city. It was the fastest way outside of the city besides the docks.
The wandering poker player would speak to them as he went, "We'll make our way ta' the northern part of the city. From there we'll acquire an escape route, n' make our way out n' round the city. Then after we take the long way around we'll make tracks fer' Zaun. That ain't the place, Ah'd personally be goin' if Ah were from Piltover, but ya' seem tough enough ta' handle yer'self so that shouldn't be a problem." With that he kept his eyes forward, but he did not simply go straight north. Rather he would move further away from the docks as the group moved north. The attempt was to put as much distance between them and their pursuers.

Vi kept up close behind Fate, running not far behind him with Wukong alongside the pair of them. "Hey, Fate?" she said. "We might want to get up a bit higher. Caitlyn loves to track people from a high spot. She'll probably be getting on the roofs if she's picked up our trail. It's a lot easier for her to track us if we're on the ground and she's on the roofs." She shrugged as she ran, slinging her gauntlets behind her to ease her pace in one smooth motion. "Your choice, though. I haven't had to escape in ages, just chase."
