Sendrel felt his staff get yanked out of line by the card. Twisted Fate had gotten up. What a nuisance he was becoming. The staff missed, and Sendrel used his momentum to roll on the ground. A red card slammed into his shoulder and it went out of alignment. Grunting, he grabbed it and pushed inwards, popping it back into place.
Twisted Fate was clearly the more dangerous target at the moment. His range, luck, and wide slew of abilities would prove deadly if Sendrel could not keep him down. He would need to eliminate him as soon as possible. He stood up and saw a ring of cards at Vi and Fate's feet. They were going to escape! Glaring, he pointed his staff at Fate and fired a Distorted Melody.
The two tones traveled through the air. Fate's brain would be unable intake and register both a subsonic and supersonic tone at the same time, which would leave him in a momentary state of "Gray-out," or, as the summoners liked to call it, "Stun."
A small grin crept over his face. Even if Fate weren't completely focused, he'd still be unable to dodge sound itself. "Enjoy your respite." he said quietly.

Vi grunted in pain as Fate took her up. He'd saved her life from that robot, but now it was going for him instead. "Time to pay back that little favor," she moaned, pushing herself between Sendrel and Fate. She took the majority of the sonic blast, her head ringing from the stunning effect it had. But it's effect wouldn't hit Fate as hard, she hoped.

Twisted Fate felt Vi move in front of him, and the sound of music reached his ears. It was not as loud as it was moments ago, but there was no doubt that this music was enchanted. The image of the Zaunite embassy became blurry, meaning that this would be a slightly blind jump. Which was dangerous, as it may mean that those being teleported might end up in an object rather than beside it...which meant death in most cases.
Though Vi and The Cardmaster did not have much of a choice at this part. The circle of cards at his feet was completed and the golden twinkle under his hat glowed brighter. He grabbed Vi's shoulder and the two disappeared in a white light. After the light faded the cards that formed a circle faded away.
Zaunite Embassy
A circle of cards was fully formed and there was a white light above it. Suddenly once the light faded, Twisted Fate and Vi appeared. Vi would find her rather close to the metal gate that separated the embassy from the rest of Piltover....that was a close call. A few inches more and....well it would not have ended well for The Enforcer.
Twisted Fate was catching his breath as he took a few steps from the circle of card, which was fading by this point, and looked at Vi, "Here we are the Zaunite embassy. Though fer' future occasions, Ah'd appreciate if perhaps ya' would trust mah word over Singed's. Cause' ya' went all in on an Ace high n' darlin' if Ah wasn't such a gentleman ya' wouldn't have made it." This was the gypsy voicing his displeasure in her choice. Running for the northern border would have most likely been better.
Though Twisted Fate took the oppritunity to try and turn these coincidences to his advantage, "Ah'd even say ya' owe me two favors now. One fer' agreein' ta' help ya' n' another fer' me pullin' ya' out of that mess."

Vi was suddenly pulled through the teleport. It had never been her favorite form of transport, and when she came out, she wasn't in much of a mood for talking.
She gave a quick grunt at his comment of a second favor. "Don't push your luck, champ. I saved your hide back there anyways. One favor for now." At that, though, she groaned in pain and nearly collapsed on the ground. Her legs were visibly torn up by the flak. "Ooh, ow...better get me inside. Don't want to lose your favor, now, right?" She tried to smile, but it came out as more of a grimace.

Twisted Fate sighed and helped Vi move into the embassy by offering her his shoulder. Though the extra weight did not exactly help his shoulder due to the shrapnel pieces that were lodged inside it, but the only indication of pain was a grunt. Once inside he shouted,
"Hey! How bout' a little help over here! Could use a little medical attention here!"Granted he did not really trust Zaunite first aid, because.....well Zaun did have a rather nasty reputation. After all, look what they have created so far.
Sendrel relaxed and stood upright. The target was gone. But now he had a new problem. Caitlyn could most likely see him, and by all accounts he was a criminal. He took off back towards the docks. A trip to Zaun was in order.

Zaun Embassy. Many uniformed men that looked more like mercenaries more than a military reacting with lightning speed and surrounded the gipsy and the enforcer “Identify yourselves” they yelled at them pointing their gun at the champions more a procedure since they knew who they were but not why they were there and Twisted Fate had done a lot of his fame as a paid assassin and professional backstabber. “Don’t worry lower your guns they are guests…well the Ex-enforcer of Piltover is the ungrateful gipsy is the plus one but will be treated as a guest anyway.” The chairman Magnus had ran to the entrance of the embassy following the commotion and saw the two runaways then he opened the gates clicking on one bottom making metallic noises as the gates opened. “Please get inside we will attend the wounds of both of you and I already have the paperwork ready for Miss. VI” He said making a sign indicating that the gates of Zaun were opened to the fugitives “I would recommend you to do it fast I don’t want anyone to see you enter here more for political reasons than anything.

Vi nodded as she was lead in by Fate and the mercenaries. "Guess I should be thankful. But really, in the state I'm in, I--"
Before she finished her sentence, though, her face went pale and she collapsed onto the floor, almost completely unconscious; she was lucky she was still wearing her gauntlets, or else she may have been crushed by their weight. As is, they wouldn't make it much easier for Fate or the medics to lift her.

( Sorry for the absence.)
Graves smiled when the shell detonated, not giving a damn about anything but Twisted Fate. He reposition his weapon and aimed at the downed Card Master, anticipation building as he pulled the trigger...only to be stopped by Caitlyn.
" get ta' hell out of the way."
When she stated he was going to be cuffed he frowned. She was not going to arrest him now, of all times. he took back a glance at the carnage to see what had transpired. To his horror Tf and Vi were being teleported by that damn Destiny spell. Not this time. NOT TODAY.
" LATER CAIT, THEY GETTIN' AWAY." and he shoved her back taking fire at the pair. His hope raised when the cyborg attempted to stop the escape but to no avail. They were gone without a trace to who knows where. Graves had lost count how many chases ended in that cowards way out.
" Goddam it!" And he unloaded the entirety of Destiny loaded ammo on the spot they had been in. He got away again, always that fucking Teleport. It then came back to him that Cait had tried to arrest him and he turned to her, loading a shell absentmindedly. He waited for her to say more or make a move...he wont be going into jail. Cait should know that.

Zaun Embassy
Twisted Fate rolled his eyes at the comment about an 'ungrateful gypsy', "ah reckon' ya' ought ta' be grateful chairmen. After all, Ah did deliver the package ta' yer' doorstep didn't Ah?" He shot back, before watching Vi collapse. He sighed and moved over to her gauntlets, before looking back at the guards.
"Well don't just stand there like a lame horse, n' help me get her inside." He said though he winced as he moved his shoulders, he would have to get that shrapnel removed from them. The pain wasn't exactly improving.
Post by Chairman Magnus Dunderson on May 15, 2013 21:00:21 GMT -5
Magnus stared at the gipsy for a second “I don’t remember asking you to deliver it but a guess that a small thank you will be proper for your assistance” he said on a dry tone before ordering his guards to help Vi as he noticed how hurt she really was “We need to hurry and bring some fine doctors in here we can’t let those leave a mark.” As he said that the mercenaries improvised a stretcher and took her inside other two took the gauntlets.
Inside a white coated guy probably a doctor of the embassy started tend the shrapnel wounds skillfully giving her anesthetics to easy her pain as her cleaned and sutured the wounds with great precision like a machine he parted after he had ended tending the wounded champion not before giving her a blood red potion “Please drink this it will make the wound close faster and will prevent scars to form” he leaved her on the empty cleanroom probably used to attend the few victims of discrimination towards Zaunites on Piltover. The room was silent for various minutes probably around an hour before the masked chairman entered knocking the door to prevent any incident “Well welcome to the Zaunite embassy the papers to give you citizenship are ready you just need to firm them her they are” he said before giving her a medium sized bunch of paper to Vi “it is a Zaunite custom to give the one to firm the papers enough time to read them so I will wait here is a pen…if you need anything don’t doubt to ask me and don’t worry my personnel are taking care of your partner sadly I only prepared one set of papers but I’m sure he is skillful enough to get away without those.
He said on an almost cheerful and reassuring tone “We will also prepare a place for you to live in Zaun if you decide to stay in it” He said sitting on a chair not to far from Vi.
On the lounge
“Is there anything we can offer you Mister Fate?” said a Zaunite maid to TF in the not too ornamented but comfortable lounge “There is scotch, wine, coffee or absinthe.”

Vi stirred when the chairman came into the room and presented her with the papers. She was still a bit fuzzy, but when he left her the papers, she guessed what he'd be asking for, a signature. Her vision was starting to clear, and she grabbed the potion that had been left by the doctor, chugging it in a matter of seconds. With a quick wiping motion, she instantly realized something was wrong. She bounded to her feet, wavering for a moment before collapsing back into a sitting position. "My...my gauntlets...where are they?" She grabbed her head, a migraine on the approach. She was definitely out of sorts.

In the lounge
Twisted Fate lifted his hat slightly and looked at the maid. His eyes remained hidden as he eyed her before simply replying, "Ah've always favored scotch, cheri. N' maybe yer' company wouldn't hurt, while Ah wait fer' Vi." He said flashing the maid his infamous charming smile. The famous champion gestured to a place next to him on the couch.

“Don’t worry they were dirty so they were place on the room besides this one ass son as all you wounds heal they will be returned.” He said on an understanding tone. He in fact could barely speak with others while not wearing a mask. “So I believe that you future lies on those papers I believe that you should start reading them” The maid looked down on the gypster before coldly responding “I’m a maid not a escort or call girl” she said before serving the drink and leaving the room.

Vi gave the papers a quick glance. "Hm...blah blah blah...diplomatic immunity...free game for Mundo...right to absolutely nothing..." She paused for a moment. "Seems legit. I'll sign it."
She took the pen and scrawled her name on the sheet of paper, giving it back to Magnus. "Alright, I signed the damn papers. Now can I have my gauntlets back?" She struggled to her feet once more, staying upright this time. She was re-gaining her composition quickly.
