Alright, I think since I will be using dragon-types it would be best if I was a member of the elite 4. Also, we could use pokemon-online to battle each other.

I think anime-style would be a more solid way to do this. We're role playing Pokemon, not playing it together on our DS. :/
Plus, that would bring in levels and EVs and IVs and all that stuff. While fun, that'll distract from RPing as well as certainly spawn arguments over level rates and what's fair or not. Anime style would let us focus on the RP aspect of Pokemon, and develop the protagonist more.
PS: Thanks for not having three Dragonites, Jarvan. We don't need a Lance clone.

1. Jayce and Vi will have to fight for the position as Piltover's Gym Leader! Or they could be duo Gym Leaders of Piltover. Either is fine.
2. Elite Four can own at most one legendary Pokemon in the team. These following are banned however will never be used by any Gym Leader or Elite Four.
3. I don't think in anime and manga, trainers wouldn't have Pokemon holding an item that gives it advantage. So I might ban item usage on a Pokemon that gives an advantage. Still on decision making though.
4. And here is my team for Elite Four Titus Flavius. I have a dreamer, two extraterrestrials, and three meteorites in my arsenal. Oh and because the battles are going to be anime-styled, not everything has to be strategic.
No prob Vi! My goal when making this team was for it to be challenging but not impossible to beat. I am glad I didn't do research and include EVs and items. What of abilities and hidden abilities though, will we have those included?

I'd guess we'd be using our Pokemon's most common abilities. For example, my [REDACTED] (AKA Riolu, the worst-kept secret ever) would likely have Steadfast, which causes speed to rise after flinching. My Machamp would have Guts, which rises attack whenever it's affected with a status condition, and causes the Attack stat to not be lowered by Brn. My Hitmonchan would have Iron Fist, which causes Punching moves (Any move with the word 'Punch' in it) to deal 20% bonus damage.

My EVIL Team: The Team Fierce
Villainous teams of Pokemon that use the Humans and Yordles to reach their goals. They want free all the Pokemon and rule the world instead of the humans, using them as slaves.
The Grunts of the Team Fierce are "Shadow Humans" that are controlled by a Pokemon, they have no emotions. The uniform or the Grunts are similar to the "PokeManiac" from Pokemon Silver but with a "F" on his robe and a Wizard hat similar to the Hat of Veigar.
The Grunts always follow a "Pokemon Companion" who is outside of his pokeball, The Pokemon Companion uses a spiked collar (like the Spikes that Veigar uses on his suit) with a "F". The Grunts use "Shadow Pokemon"
The "Shadow Pokemon" are in fact, "Shadow Humans" that were turned into Pokemon. (Except for Veigar)

I would like to be Ionia's Gym leader I think, but Karma would fit better anyway. I could be the Gym leader's assistant at the very least, if she lets me of course. I used to have Pokémon Online and it was fun, especially the Mafia Channel for me. EDIT: Concept Idea 3:We could also do the Pokémon Conquest way and make it so the City States are fighting each other in a war using the Pokémon. I think we got enough champions for it.
SUPER SECRET BACK UP POKEMON ~ (only one move lol)
Anyway, as for duo gym leader... I think that would be a good idea. The trainer can choose who they want to battle, or if they come with a partner they have to fight us both.
I'm down fo that. We can set up our Pokemon teams to be lvl 50 so it's equal, then I can duke it out with Vi :D

Well, my DS is broken and my Pokemon team is impossible to catch in any game... and not everyone has a DS, we should use the anime style since its a RP
(I remember that i had a All my Pokemons trained with pokerus since on Pokemon Soul Silver... And i had a Shiny Meowth)
