Abilities: He is able to enchant equipment with a variety of elements, fire and wind being his specialty. Normally this takes a bit of time but with his custom spatha, which is made of a special metal that absorbs magic easily, he can do it on the spot. He is also fairly proficient at standard swordplay, favoring agility coupled with his enchantments over brute strength, with basic knowledge of standard spells and a higher degree of skill in fire and wind elements.
Passive – Magical Conduit – Anytime Joseph is dealt magic damage, his sword becomes charged with energy, dealing bonus magic damage plus a small percent of the damage that created the stack. He can have up to 3 charges at once, and expends one stack per attack.
Revitalize – Joseph channels his magic through his body, healing him and giving him a small amount of damage reduction for a few seconds.
Gale Force – Joseph imbues his equipment with wind, passively giving him a small amount of armor and magic penetration. On activation, he gains bonus movement and attack speed and doubles the passive effect for a few seconds. The passive is not in effect when this ability is on cooldown.
Mark of Flame – Joseph throws out a fireball, exploding on impact and dealing AoE damage around the first target hit. Additionally, whoever was hit with the initial fireball is given a debuff which increases damage dealt by Joseph for a few seconds.
Ultimate – Elemental Fusion – Joseph enhances his blade with both wind and fire magic. On activation, he explodes with fire energy, damaging and stunning all enemies around him and engulfs him in flames, dealing damage to nearby enemies. Every 3rd auto attack while this is active shoots a wave of air that damages and knocks back all enemies in front of him. He charges to his target after the knockback.

He wears a long, black robe with a single, red pauldron and carries his custom spatha with him in a black scabbard. Appearance-wise, he is a fairly tall man at 6’1", with light brown eyes and dark grey hair which is usually spiked up.

Biography: Joseph was born in a small house in an inland area of Bilgewater. Growing up, he was always a bookworm, craving knowledge wherever he could get it. Around the age of ten, he learned that he had an affinity for magic, with fire and wind being his strong suits. He has also trained with various bladed weapons, being most proficient with short swords. Eventually he learned to combine his magic with his swordplay. Still eager as ever to learn, Joseph entered the Institute of War as a Summoner to be able to learn all that he could, seeing as this would be the best place to do so. He also serves as one of the league’s artificers, dealing with general research regarding most magical devices.
