The Crimson Lips bar, owned and run by Marcy Lee and her brother Marcus Lee. The bar is fairly small, not like most of the regular bars in Noxus. The bar was located a few minutes away from their home, being a bit higher up on the skull mountain to attract the residents that resided higher up on the mountain as well as those who didn't live too high up. Inside the bar there was around seven round tables with three tables at each. The counter had five additional bar stools for those who arrived alone.
The oak counter was polished to the point where you could see your face in it's reflection allowing glasses to slide across it easily, in the back various bottles of alcoholic beverages, roaming from Absinthe to Vodka. Beverages from most city states were there, wines from Demacia, although not that many due to hard to import along with some of the more popular beers from Noxus. ((Description will be updated))
Marcy looked over the counter into the empty bar her brother had gotten her. It had been about a month since she got home from Bilgewater, she had returned to her usually cheery mood. She ran her hand through her hair an rested both her hands on the counter. She expected her brother to show up soon.
She began humming a song as she awaited someone to come in, either her brother or her first customer. But for now, the Crimson Lips bar was open for business.

Vergil skulked around the streets of Noxus as was the usual for the upper class man, however today was a little strange as it seemed a new bar had recently opened up. The mercenary opened the door to the establishment a tad bit curious as to what is was like on the inside. Taking his first few steps in he took a look around examining one of the tables then looking up at the bartender. "um hello... I was just walking by you seemed to have recently opened." he said as his form of really lack luster greeting.
Marcy snapped out of her small trance and looked at Vergil as he walked in. She smiled, her first customer. She leaned on her arms that rested on the counter, "Yeah, we opened just today." She said with her soft voice. Marcy looked at the man in front of her, from what she could see he looked quite young.
"What would you want to drink, Mister?" She leaned back behind the counter and rested her hands on the counter behind the desk. Most of their beverages hadn't arrived yet from Ionia and Demacia, but they had plenty Noxian drinks; Beer, wine and stronger beverages like Vodka or Gin. She pulled out a small vial and poured into a glass. The glass was filled with the blood and she quickly drank it up before putting away the glass again. She gave him a quick smile again and wiped some blood from her lips with a towel.

Vergil took a seat at the closest table to the door. "Well I don't suppose you have any drinks in the form of Vodka would you?" The young man sat in a very strand posture reminiscent of those who often did dirty work for cash though his clothing would otherwise say he was of upper class Noxian. He took a glance around the room seemingly oblivious of the woman's inhuman qualities.
Marcy nodded, "Right. We got this Freljordian Vodka and probably some Noxian too if you give me a moment to look." She said, noticing his ignorance of her Vampirism. Turning around she opens a cabinet with a glass door, tilting and turning on some bottles and eventually taking out two of the six different Vodka bottles.
She bent down and opened another cabinet and took out a shaker as well as some Ice. She places them on the counter and walks to a fridge, taking out two different sodas and placing them next to the Vodka bottles. "Now, which one do you want. Freljordian or Noxian Vodka, mixed with either one of these?"

"I will have the Frljordian it's always good cold, and can you mix it with lime juice?" Vergil said as he started to eye the bartender. To Vergil she appeared different then the average human which could possibly peek the mercenaries interest. "say what's your name?" He asked in a small attempt to create a conversation?

James casually strolled into the bar in his usual attire, mage robes and his signature hood that hid nearly every inch of his body. He gave the two others that were currently inside quick glances as he made his way to the counter before looking up at the woman behind the counter with his eyes shining a bright purple.
"One glass of the usual, please." He said in a casual tone of voice. One thing the two in the would probably not notice just yet is that James did not enter the establishment alone, there were two others with him.
Ray trailed behind James into the bar, his skull mask covering his face, a rifle on his back. He went to one of the nearby tables, deciding he wasn't interested in any sort of liquor at the moment, unless somebody else was buying.
Kicking his feet up on the table, he awaited for James to get his drink and for his other partner to enter the bar.

Noxus would not have been her first choice. In fact, Noxus was probably the last on the list, right next to Zaun. But James and Ray, they practically insisted that if she didn't want to join them then her cut of the bounty would be lessened. Or something like that. So in the end, what choice did she have but to follow them? She half expected to be stopped at the gates and told to follow them to the dungeons where the rest of the Ionians slept.
Though now Kin realised that she didn't look Ionian at all. She didn't even look Demacian, in fact. And now she found herself in a bar carved into the side of the most ominous looking stone she had ever seen. James and Ray had waltzed in rather casually, almost as if they weren't in the city state that had decimated her own. Or at least had a hand in it. Kin sighed to herself, dragging herself in with much reluctance.
James was already at the bar, unable to resist the call of a drink. Maybe now she'll get to his face. Ray, on the other hand, bee-lined straight for a vacant table and made himself comfortable. She adjusted her mask uncomfortably, narrowing her eyes at the bartender before making her way towards the table. She slid into the chair, sitting up rigidly. She half expected the place to blow up.
Marcy nodded and poured up the Freljordian Vodka into the shaker and filled it up with the Lime juice and some ice before closing it and mixing it. "Marcy." She said, "The name's Marcy, and you?" she asked as she finished the drink, pouring it up in a glass and handing it to him. "Here you go, sir."
As the door opened again, a large looking man walked in. Turning her attention to him, she noticed that was seemingly covered entirely in robes and a hood walked up to the counter and sat down. She noticed some movement in the back as a second person had appeared who was now sitting down at one of the tables. How could she not have seen him? She shook her head as the door opened again and this time a girl walked in, sitting down with the other person at the table. One thing she noticed was that the three of them were all wearing masks, for some reason.
She returned her attention to the man who had walked up to the counter, his purple glowing eyes caught her slightly off guard. Glowing eyes isn't something you see everyday. "And what will that be, sir?" She asked and rested her arms on the counter, tilting her head to try and get a better look on him.

"Names Vergil." He replied accepting the drink then take a sip for a final taste test. "that's actually not to bad, someone should come up with a name for this stuff." He said admiring the flavor.
He took a look around at the now slightly more filled bar. "I swear this place was empty a moment ago."

The Butcher of the Sands was in what he would consider a good mood. Which simply meant his rage was dormant at the moment, though ready to ignite with the right spark. Today he had ventured from his penthouse to yet again get a taste of Noxus. This time however, there was no reservation at an upscale establishment. Instead, he was exploring Noxus on foot, wandering where his whim took him. He had received no trouble since most individuals who noticed him gave him a wide berth. After a few uneventful hours, his eye fell on the recently opened bar. Without a better course of action, he moved towards it, opened the door, and stepped inside.
He paused at the entrance, his massive bulk barely fitting through the door and blocking the light. His reptilian eyes quickly scanned the entirety of the bar, and noted its occupants, the ones at the bar and the ones at the table. Having assessed them and determined they posed no immediate threat, he continued towards the woman behind the bar, his gait measured and purposeful. As he walked he continued scrutinizing the insides of the establishment, noting the polished counter, the newness of the tables and chairs, and the bevy of drinks behind the counter.
Being too large to perch successfully on the bar stools, Renekton simply leaned on the counter, arms crossed, and nodded a greeting to Marcy. With a quick scan of the other two individual's faces, who were to his right, he turned his attention to Marcy and asked in his usually gravely, low voice, "What do you have on tap here? And what would you suggest for someone unfamiliar with such beverages?"
"There is no such thing as innocence. Only varying degrees of guilt."

James took a moment to look around the bar before turning back to the woman at the counter and giving off a brief "hmmmmmmmmmm" with his eyes going dim for a second, it would appear he was a bit confused.
"This isn't the bar I usually go to... ah, whatever. One glass of vodka please miss."
At this point in time Renekton had approached the counter, at first James didn't take much notice until he started talking "Wait... normal people don't talk like that" he thought to himself, he then turned to actually get a good look at whose body that voice belonged to before calmly addressing the situation, but not before falling out of his seat and nearly revealing what lies underneath his hood.
"So, no one's freaked out over this at all? No one, just me then." He said to no one in particular while standing up to re-adjust himself, apparently James wasn't familiar with Renekton since he hadn't been in the city-state in a few months and obviously wasn't up to date on his alliance with Noxus.

Marcy looked back at Vergil, "Ah, Hello Vergil." She smiled and removed some hair that had gotten in her face with her hand. Nodding she looked at the three more that had entered, "Yeah, but I don't mind it. I rather like it." She said with her sweet voice and turned to James just as the door opened.
She saw the door opening and a rather large figure blocking the door. At first she couldn't recognize who it was but as the large creature walked in she knew who it was, she had heard rumors about Renekton joining Noxus under something that seemed like a temporary alliance to Marcy. She blinked a few times, a champion... in her bar.
She blinked a few times and snapped out of her brief trance and listened to James' order, "Right away." she said with her cheery tone. As she poured up another glass of Vodka, this time completely blank she couldn't resist keeping an eye on the giant Crocodile walking into the bar.
Marcy wondered what he was going to do, there was no way the bar stool's would keep up his weight. But to her relief he only leaned against the counter. She smiled to hide her nervousness, his voice startled her a little. It had a rough sound, as if someone had been experiencing a sore throat for a longer while. What did she have that she could offer him, a giant talking crocodile. "W-well, I don't know what you usually drink... But my supply is kind of limited as of now, I'm still waiting for another shipment from Ionia." She swallowed to get a brief moment to think, "Well, I have some blood I could mix out with Vodka... I have no idea how it tastes though, but I've tried Blood and Ionian Wine, they tend to mix well together."
"Want me to get you a glass? Bucket? Casket?" She asked with a slightly confused tone on her voice. She just now noticed that James had fallen down and gotten up again, "Are you okay, sir?" she asked him. She noticed that the purple light in his eyes had dimmed down, wondering if he's okay.

Vergil wasn't too bugged by the presence of the league champion as long as he wasn't the scapegoat for his rage. Blood The word rung in his ear for a moment as he froze taking a sip oh his drink fallowed by him choking and spitting most of it back out. "You have blood in a bar?" His words were more of disbelieve then surprise.
