((My stab at getting a base up and running))
The original Kinkou Order have fallen with the death of it's last Grand Master, the father of the Eye of Twilight. The era of an old age ended with the severed head falling onto the white stone pathway right before Shen's feet. Chaos ensues and in that chaos, few members have attempted to escape and succeeded.
The ancient grounds became a place of shadow and forbidden ways and with their training grounds stripped away, the last remnants required a new base of operations. It is with this intention that they searched Ionia for a most viable footing.
The fleet of mountains in the North West province would conclude that search. It is on these mountain top that the order was again re-established and the triumvirate became apparent. The mountain tops that bear little distance to the tiding waves of the calm blue sea.
Rebuilding became the key issue, the Order have sought out individuals that can assist in the rebuilding of their temple and have convinced such individuals to join their cause. Materials wasn't the major concern in a wild forest and they had managed to gain consent from the Elders.
Construction went underway, the triumvirate have acted frequently in such times so as to gather funds and to fill their ranks. This have eventually led them to the League of Legends which they actively participated to this day. However, it wasn't long after that their enemy began showing up in the Institute of War, where they sought temporary shelter.
The temple have eventually been finished and the three retraced their footsteps quickly and quietly, without a scent. it is with cautiousness that they journeyed back to the high mountain peak in the northern province of Ionia.
What first appeared in their eyes was the long and stretching pathway amongst the cherry blossoms. Which leads the triumvirate to the stone Emblem Sign of their Order, in front of it lay the training ground for disciples, haystacks and wooden targets was the first to be taken in by the eye, followed by the numerous gears and equipment such as shurikens and ninjatos. Along the sides of the training ground lay the stone and wooden residence area for the combat personnel and right in the middle is the tall firmly standing three story tall Ionian tower with each stretching roof being paved with tiles.
Upon entry into the tower, the triumvirate finds that the building have been separated into many layers with wooden staircases providing the only way up and down. The layout was familiar, the first floor was for visitors and for food consumption, the second floor was the residence of the triumvirate, also the information centre, last but not least on the third floor lay the thinking chamber and the conference hall.
The base of operations for the new Kinkou Order is officially finished and this was not without the efforts of the craftsman and the builders and not without the funds provided by the triumvirate's frequent ventures and life-risking operations.
((The triumvirate of course are allowed to access this place at will, most Ionians would be welcome with the exception of Zed (duh) unless it is an invasion. Other champions and Original characters are welcome if they can find this place and manage to get their way inside... Without doing anything particularly overdramatic and lore-breaking. Future events are of course set in current time, while the esablishment of this order is some times before.))

February 13Th, 23 CLE
And so a new day began with the rise and fall of the crescent Moon. Shen woke when the first ray of sunlight hit his window. He geared up and walked down the steps to the grand hall. The few disciples he met on his way greeted him and he gave a subtle nod to each individual. Their ranks will once again rise, that he is certain.
Every shuriken hit the target, every one of his blade landed precisely and efficiently, with haste, no questions. Only when the message arrived did the slicing stop.
The league requires my presence...?
Shen sheaths his blade and made his travel. He have spoken to the other two of the triumvirate and have left instructions for the disciples before departing from the Sanctuary.
He sprinted with swift footsteps amongst the trees, for he is required in the League within a day. The message was not of pleasing content.
One of his disciple was witnessed to have been sneaking around the institute of war at midnight yesterday. The civilian that first witnessed this individual was discovered to be sliced though the neck and to be bleeding a fountain of blood on the Main street. His disciple was just about to make his way into the League before this mutilated corpse was discovered by one of the League's senior summoner who fended off the violent assailant, but not before sustaining several injuries.
As what they would say, his student, his responsibility. This is the reason why he is making his dash, even though he doubted the identity of the perpetrator, but to clear the Kinkou Order's name was essential.
A ninja was walking about the halls, as other members of the Kinkou walked up to him to ask him a brief question. He would just give them the answer and the people would leave him be to go back to what they were doing.
It was Zen'Tsuu, one of the ninja that carried out the service within the Kinkou. He looked about, his red tattoos and cowl covering any bit of detail on his face. His right hand rested on the hilt of his blade as he looked around the halls. He had to fill in for the Triumvirate, as they were all busy with business outside Ionia, as well as with the Institute. He began walking up the staircases as he went to go attend a meeting at the top floor. It was mandatory for him since they were gone, and he would not fail his savior.
After an hour or so of what he thought was a surprisingly boring conference he went back downstairs to the eating area to eat something rather quickly. He was actually looking forward to the conference halls, being eager to see what his higher ups talked about. To his disappointment, it was more so about training for the younger students, and financial business regarding their supply of food, and up keep of the Temple.
He sat down at the end of the table, lifting his cowl down slightly to eat, and wondering what else would be in store for the ninja.
The sun was barely showing its first morning greeting over Ionia, giving a soft orange hue among the cherry blossom trees and a crisp dew smell to the morning air. Akali hardly failed to miss observing the sun rise over Ionia in peaceful solitude. It was one of her favorite traditions, if you would even call it that, that was shared with her mother when she was young. Every morning. It served at a reminder to her place in the world, as well as a way to clear her mind. An activity she would partake in everyday.
The ninja sat upon a rather large rock seated conveniently atop a hill surrounded by cherry blossom trees. It was a fair walking distance from the Kinkou Sanctuary, but nothing to be inconvenienced for. After what seemed like an eternity of silence, she sighed. Something was off. Something she could feel ever so slightly, but it was enough.
Deciding to start heading back to the temple, she realized she had also forgotten how hungry she was. This seemed to be a common occurrence with her, and Shen often lightly scolded her for it. Although, she knew better than to take on missions or practice without her strength. He would still insist she should eat more beyond her basic needs for her survival and goals.
She made her way back to the temple, entering it quietly and glancing around, surveying for any sight of Shen. Disciples were already up and practicing for the day just outside, as various inside were finishing up their bowls of rice and egg, or discussing tactics, some even laughing.
Akali approached one of the ninjas she knew fairly well on an exterior basis. He's been here for quite some time in the Kinkou, and looked up to the Triumvirate from what she knew. She bowed.
"Zen'Tsuu. Before anything, I apologize for not attending the conference. I appreciate your fill-in, but little did I realize you'd be filling in for two. Did I miss anything crucial?"
Along the path, heavy footsteps would carry a sole being closer to the entrance of the Kinkou Sanctuary. Her face concealed beneath a dragon helm, with maroon colored armor embracing her form. A warrior's glide in each step, with hands loose at her sides and golden eyes set upon those who may cross paths with her. A naginata sat clipped to her back, with a set of swords held against her form within her belt. Her face was hidden, except those intense eyes with paled skin contrasting the dark color of her clothing.
The warrior stopped at the entrance to the sanctuary to study those who might occupy its entryway, before bowing her head to them and continuing in should she be allowed to do so.
Zen was in the middle of lifting his chopsticks to his mouth with a piece of egg, as his eyes widened at the sound of Akali's voice. Of course, he had his back turned during the time, so it was a God send that she wouldn't see his rather stupid looking expression. He dropped the chopsticks and food immediately as he got of his chair to turn to her. With a fist connecting to an open palm, he bowed gracefully to her. "Good morning, Akali." He said, putting the cowl on his mouth once he had stood straight up. He batted a hand once she gave her apology. "No no, it's fine. It was an honor to two take both of your spots. As for what you missed, nothing important. Just going over list of supplies and food we need for the next month or so." He said. He looked over at the table, then back to her. "May I get you something to eat? Breakfast if you haven't had any yet?" He said as he got his almost finished meal from the table. He was yet to be unaware of the guest outside, as the doors were closed. However, guards did go up to her to eye her curiously. "Excuse me Miss, but may we ask why you are here today?" One of them asked, clearly suspicious
Yukiko's golden gaze settled upon the men who approached her. At first, she said nothing as she examined them. The suspicion wasn't uncommon. Most found the half-dragon peculiar at best, and often were weary of her mere presence. The tone from the Dragoon was non-threatening, but aged with war and destruction. She had seen many wars, faced the trials of blood sports, and endured the tortures of a lifetime of prejudiced towards her lineage. However it carried with it a sense of respect as well, as her hands lifted and rested fist in palm, before bowing to them. Similar to how the monks often did on the mountain.
"My name is Kobayashi, Yukiko." A name that likely has circulated since as far back as her childhood. The half-dragon, and the Dragoon which fought in the war against Noxus 17 years ago. One of the survivors of the Fleshing. She kept the cloth across her lower face for the moment as she addressed them. "I am here to speak with Shen."
The guards stood still for a moment, mouthing the familiar name to themselves. The two had a sudden realization at the same time as they froze up in a mixture of joy, shock, and fear. Such an important figure of history has come to see their temple and leader! Perhaps she was coming to join? This could help the temple, but where has she been all this tim Someone lost in time and history, suddenly appearing to show her face to the Kinkou of a places? Wait... What if she was here to inflict harm on them? Seeing the half-dragon of Demacia, she could be temperamental and dangerous. They possibly can't let a beast in here, she could destroy them! The guards tense up as they get closer to the door. "W-what do you want to talk about? You can't just come here and demand to see The Eye." He said,a slight hint of fear in his voice.

March 7th 23 CLE
After having a through and detailed meeting with the Council in the meeting hall, the curiosity of Shen have been quenched with the given answer. The fact that the high summoner that the rogue ninja have assaulted was the individual chiefly responsible for denying him from the league. Personal vendetta went wrong conclusively and reason for his exile? Undoubtedly.
The Azure ninja makes his way back to his newly established head quarters, the place that he now calls home. He walks up the stone pavements of the long and stretching pathways, it is the seasons of flowers in Ionia and cherry blossoms decorated the trees, the sight of a thousand petals dancing to the rhythm of the wind can truly be a sight to behold, but the ninja moves swiftly.
Upon reaching the entrance doors, Shen can notice familiar figures alongside others that may not bear any resemblance to possible visitors. The quiet and firm aura of Zen'Tsuu and the "petal" of the triumvirate, Akali.
Upon hearing the exchange of words between the temple guards and the woman before him. Maroon colored armor, blades by the side and a naginata, a particular branch of weapon that gets deployed onto the fields of Ionia very rarely, little more does he know, for weapons which are shorter and more convenient in sizes suit the operations of a ninja better. This appearance does match a particular description made by other individuals, but this should be left for later as the air freezes at the Order's door. Shen takes his move so as to settle things down.
"You require me for...?" Shen's words cut into the intensifying atmosphere with the goals of balance. After this interval he waits for a response from the lady before him.
Yukiko didn't seem concerned by the response of the guards as she watched them go from one end, to the next rapidly. Joy, to fear. It was nothing unusual. Those who had heard her name were often struck with the extremes of either. Still she remained calm, with golden eyes flicking between the guards.
"That is not for you to--" Her response was cut short by the arrival of another behind her. As swiftly as she would, her hand went to set on her katana, clicking it from it's sheath with her other hand wrapping around the hilt. She would turn sharply to look over her shoulder, and pause.
It was Shen. Calm eyes would linger as the blade was locked back in place and the guards were disregarded unless they attempted to assault her. It was a normal response to having someone sneak up behind you. Especially to this Dragoon Warrior.
As easily as she had done before, her fist came in against her palm, and a deep bow was offered to Shen respectfully.
"To see where I might be of service. My name is Kobayashi, Yukiko." Surely Shen would know the name. As she stood back up, she would unclip the cloth from one side of her helm to expose her features more fully to the man. If she had ill intention, chances are she would have kept her face relatively hidden.

A deep bow was given back in return. The dragoon warrior, the clothing and weaponry before was already pointing him in the general direction and the face does identify with the potent naginata warrior that he knew from before.
"Though the Kinkou Order did not heavily contribute to the Ionian wars, the prowess you demonstrate on the battlefield have had many mentions, Dragoon."
Shen looked at the woman before him, matching the words and descriptions of his disciple.
"To say that our Order doesn't require assistance would be a lie, but I believe that the service of a samurai would be to it's country and not to it's affiliated organizations?"
Shen made his point to the woman before him, cautious and steady. Assistance can be pivotal to the current power struggle between them and the growing ranks of ninjas who studies the forbidden technique. But the fact that she obtained such informations proves her to be more resourceful then what he would imagine a samurai.
Zen was going to continue conversing with Akali, but the sounds of a foreign voice, as well as familiar ones interrupted his concentration. He peeks over Akali before bowing again to her. "Sincere apologies Akali, but I believe something is happening outside." He said as he began walking towards the door. Halfway there, he turned around to her to bow apologetically to her again. No matter what he showed great respect, but there may be something important going on outside. There was the fact that he was naturally curious when it came to occurrences within the Order.
His steps echoed slightly as he walked towards the door. He opened the door ever so slightly to see what was going on. His eyes slightly widened at the sight if Shen. He raised a brow at the sight of the girl, but managed to make out her name as she spoke. THE Yukiko?! One of the survivors of the Fleshing?? He wanted to just pop out and give his respects, but he knew popping out would be rude... He would stay silent and listen for the meantime.
His eyes widened at the sound of him coming as he stepped to the side. He brushed some imaginary specks of dirt to make himself believe that he's presentable. Once she and Shen enter, he connects a fist with a palm and bows to the two. "Good day to you Master Shen, and Miss Yukiko."
The guards stayed silent, bowing greatly to their leader. They looked at the girl oddly when she spoke of lending a hand.

Shen gave the guards and his associates a subtle nod and beckoned for Yukiko to follow him into the temple. Upon readjusting themselves in the guest room, Shen's voice disturbs the silence. As they treaded the empty corridors. "How much do you know?"
Something is going on in the current area, the villager's emtions are somewhat unstable with the increasing recruitment operations done by the Shadow Ninja himself, however, a recent report from his scout also suggests a lack of general actvitity from Zed's part and that he had not left the temples for days.
There are great reasons to believe that something major is going to occur and the Kinkou must be prepared this time, unlike last time where it had almost met total annahilation. There is the need to gather forces and to seek potential allies and if the Dragoon before him could provide addditional information, then there is a need to know.
Shen waited for a response from the samurai before him, patiently.
Yukiko was quiet as they walked, listening and observing the behavior of the guards when entering into the Temple. She didn't expect immediate trust, but she hoped her lifetime of experience might offer the Kinkou some kind of service. The fact they recognized her name might go a long way in gaining their confidence. The Dragoon would walk as if on air, very light but still with the typical steps expected of a Samurai. Around her, there was a constant, very faint breeze associated with her affinity to wind being the daughter of such a dragon. With a calm gaze, golden eyes settled upon Zen when he appeared in the doorway as they would enter, offering a respectful nod in response to his bow.
"That unfortunate incident has yet to fully end in the eyes of families shamed by it. Many great warriors fell in that arena, and were left dishonored by the imprisonment. Atonement must be met by the blade of those who survived, to lift the shame from the families left behind."
Yukiko rested her hand loosely against the hilt of her sword. It was not threatening, but helped still the blades as she walked. When inside, she would draw the helm fully off respectfully. Long, dark brown hair fell around her exotic Ionian features. She had to be at least in her 30s, with light scars visible across what bit of skin was visible to be seen. As she would walk with Shen, she would speak.
"There are a lot of rumors going around. A lot of uncertainties, and the scent of an upcoming war is growing. The Kinkou's involvement may have been light in the previous wars, but I fear it may be necessary to involve you given that Noxus has pulled out of the League entirely."
"I have recently made contact with an old ally who now resides in Demacia. I think it would be worth your time to speak with him. He may be able to offer a lot more information concerning current events, particularly the Void. His name is Xin Zhao. The Seneschal of Demacia."
"There is also talk of Freljord being effected by the Void. If we're facing a Void invasion, it may be wise to secure some alliances. Prince Jarvan, and Queen Ashe are likely to open communication should the offer to help be given to them. While you may not wish to fight in a war, there are still ways you can offer service. Medical aid, and transporting supplies being one of them. It would go a long way in keeping Ionia afloat should something happen."
"There was an incident in Noxus a few weeks ago, where Riven had voiced her disgust with Swain and accused him of many wrong-doings. Whether that is purely internal is up to speculation. Should it not be, and there is weight in her claims, then we may be facing another problem with Noxus. We are comparably small to them, and while we may have forces to defend, I fear it may become another war between us. Noxian withdrawal from the League adds to the concern surrounding them. Particularly Swain. I intend to seek Riven out and discuss matters more fully. Should she cooperate, the information will be passed on to you."
There was a lot she had learned. Many of it rumors. She didn't want to give them bad information, so for now she withdrew some of it until she could confirm it was true.

Shen walked beside her in the wooden corridors, the words spoken and given by the Dragoon alongside him entered through his ears as he digested the information, making subtle mental notes here and there.
The cause for concern is seemingly arises from all over Runeterra, the Void invasion in Freijord, the redrawing of Noxus from the league and seemingly internal opinions have risen within the nation of Noxus itself, those things were observed by their order and each required a solution and an action. They are inclined to act, but a closer threat need to be considered at first.
"Noted and recognized. But there are reasons why we have not yet made a move yet in regards to current on-going event."
Shen unwraps the scroll laying on the table and flattens it on the table, the map of Runeterra, he pointed at the Hadoi village and started speaking once more.
"The surrounding area of our old temple are getting increasingly agitated and the lacking appearance of Zed in recent days give concerns."
Shen pauses before continuing with the dialog.
"Information exchange with the Exile and the Seneschal would perhaps have to wait for another time."
