Shen had given his remark on his gratitude, believing it such to be somewhat unneeded on their part, for this is not a one-sided bargain and his appreciation has yet to be given. Now in regards to what the Swift Scout desire of information, Shen treaded slowly alongside the shelves, took out a brown antiquity and layed it out in front of his visitors.

"You should find must Ionian people quite hospitable, should you not tread on their honor or their beliefs, the recent conflicts however have put various forces in high alert and there for, I would recommend some form of identification for your troops just in case diplomacy don't work out the right way with the Ionian guards."

He spoke as he pointed and indicted on the map, giving information in regards to Ionian Guard patrols and Zed/Noxian movements, through both operated near the Kinkou Order's jurisdictation, information is information. He believed he wouldn't be required to provide him with information as to places which he will be able to reside, for his face speaks much to the Ionian summoners and champions.

"The Kinkou Order have recently reached a common goal with the Ionian guards in the repulsion of the Zed/Noxus Alliance and as such, I believe to bring Irelia news of your assistance would be of utmost satisfaction. Most Ionian champions have been quite acquainted with you on the field and out, so I presume that would not be of priority."

"My presumption is that you would of been provided documents that can attest to your purpose being in Ionia, through if that is not the case..." Shen would gesture to his disciples, whom faded away as soon as they could.

Clear and cut should of been the way he fed Teemo information, but in this case, perhaps his habits of conservation took it out of him. As such, he will attempt to clarify himself better.

"The Placidium would suit the purpose of temporary stay, but perhaps, to let your entire squadron in. Something more would be required then just your reputation."

As if perfectly timed, his disciples come back with the necessary material. Shen took a brief glance at them and after further confirmation, handed them over to the Yordle before him.

"Those documents would be our methods insuring clarity in regards to you and your squadron's identity. That and a thorough explanation should ensure much."

Akali hadn't realized how quiet and withdrawn she had been during this meeting. She was never usually one to speak, only observe unless it was crucial to offer her input.

Her attention snapped toward Kennen, quickly changing expression as if she was unsure whether she was unintentionally coming off in a way she didn't mean to.

She was exploring every thought she could, analyzing the situation at hand. She was unsure how she felt about Teemo's troops being essentially "allied" to the Kinkou. It was a first. She was not used to aiding others, or being aided, in terms of the Kinkou. It was a foreign concept that uneased her, but not quite enough to speak up just yet. Kennen and Shen had already seemed to generally accept the idea. If she felt it would be a real issue, she would speak with them later. Everything seemed to already be in motion.

She gave a small sigh, and nodded.

"I'm fine."

Teemo blinks, on the outside appearing very blank. Internally, however, a few thoughts were sparking through his head. Kennen in casual wear? Interesting... maybe I'll look into thi- NO, focus on the mission, Teems! The scout captain blinks again, the thoughts quickly leaving and he nods.

"Not exactly the first idea that would come to mind, but it's doable. Would it appear normal four a group of Ionian farmers to be scavenging through the forests for fertile land, perhaps?"

He starts scratching his chin again, glancing over at his troops and imagining them in an alternate dress. It could work... but before that he'll also need to make sure his boys are properly trained in Ionian etiquette. If they are going to play the part, then they'll have to do it in full.

Teemo nods to the ninja yordle, glancing down at the papers in his hand.

"We should head out for the Placidium as soon as possible then, in order to inform them of our intent. Afterwords we'll all go for a little shopping spree?"

The scout captain smirks, feeling his comment was rather humorous and unnecessary, not to mention somewhat unprofessional. At any rate, he wants to get his troops out into the forest as soon as possible before the assassin realizes he's being tracked, if he is even where they assume him to be.

"Our scouts will try and keep you posted during your journeys."

The negotiation phase has officially ended between them and Bandle City, Kennen should be a sufficient handler with the aftermaths and to response efficiently to the request of Teemo and co. He after all, did bring them to their shores.

"I believe this meeting to have concluded itself and to proceed as planned in accordance to our discussion. Unless, there is matters unattended to."

The azure ninja have reached an end statement, this will perhaps be their first of many cooperation with the Bandle City forces, or their last. Through only time will tell what the future holds for such a relation.

Perhaps the influence of the heart of the tempest are not neglect-able and he had overlooked certain matters. Such is the reason of Akali's trouble expression beside him or perhaps, other situations they have not sufficiently tackled.
